    So not consistent one customer will need half the items the next will ladies are beyond rude. Spent more time on talking to each other.

The MOCSE system stopped my transaction and I lost these choice seats while dealing with their verification system. If their programmers were so smart, why didn't they detect that these are about the 11th and 12th such buys we have made in the past 12 months? I ended up booking two less desirable seats due to MOCSE's low bandwidth system. But wait, there's more...Shortly after jumping through all of their hoops and calling and speaking to a staff member, i tried to purchase three tickets to a place we are visiting in Scotland in July ($84), and the system wouldn't allow it. Even their staffer helping, me clearing cache, restarting the computer, you name it nothing worked. The vendor's system indicated it was a bank not approving the sale (yes I have no balance and an good credit rating). Neither the CC or the DC would work for either the MOCSE employee or I. To be extra fair, she tried to help as best she could but to no avail. She asked me to call another person, who so far has not returned my call. (I have already spent almost an hour on the phone dealing with this.) But wait, there's more. A few years ago, their system MISSED a fraudulent charge I caught and had to bring to their attention. Hampering my transactions has caused me inconvenience several times before, this is the worst so far. It is time to reduce my banking institutions to my other two. Not worth the frustration, I only opened the account to be supportive of the CU and it was close to where we live. Simply not enough bandwidth for prime time, I recommend a NO on them.

    This place is an absolute nightmare. First off I want to…read moreadd that the first month and a half of experience that I had with these people was nice. However it was all an act to be clear. Back in February due to a nerve condition I was forced by doctors and hospital staff to undergo losing my child because both myself and the baby weren't healthy enough to continue carrying her. I was 24 weeks along. The weeks leading up to it I was in and out of UCSF very very sick. The whole thing was devastating for me. Due to it all I ended up spending 3 weeks in the hospital. Getting shuffled between memorial and UCSF because I have a lot of medical issues and I couldn't just go anywhere without having complications. Due to that I was a week late on my payment. Not even six months into the loan. I said every time up front in the beginning to the end I was more than happy to violate my own HIPPA rights and show the paperwork with proof. When mind you a fat chunk had been paid up front and up until then. That week after the first 5 weeks of dealing with this. June called me asking for the payment. My payment at the time was only a week late. I didn't mind her calling early even though I was sick. What I did mind was that I was gagging on the phone. Holding back puke to talk. I know she could hear me. And she got rude with me in that moment that I couldn't sit down and pay her. That I told her I had to contact my finance attorney. (Who she keeps telling me is a lie until she finally stopped refusing to call him for the final pay off and did her job.) And that I couldn't help her but if she wanted to be helped she could be. While I'm explaining my entire medical issue I'm facing in the moment. Which I felt I should of not been made so uncomfortable to feel the need to do that. Since this issue I have dealt with NOTHING SHORT OF HELL AND PANIC FROM THESE PEOPLE. After this happened I was already thinking about moving my loan. Before I did. Anytime Wells Fargo hit an issue or something happened and I had to contact them. I was so uncomfortable to call the office due to how she had acted that I would literally break down panicking trying to pay my bill before I even called. I tried to have a friend do it once it got really bad. So she then berated my friend for calling while taking the payment anyways even though she wasn't supposed to instead of explaining nicely she wasn't supposed to do what she was doing. And told her I had to call next time. Pretty much locking me into dealing with them regardless. Even though I still took exterior steps to get them paid. After another month or two of trying to push myself to not panic and call for the next bitch out of judgment from a lady who seems to have very little life experience of dealing with people other than her own kind and in her job. Long story short ever since she found out I was someone she didn't agree with and passed judgment on. I've been dealing with shit service and hell. Oh also since they thought so low of me. They didn't ever pay anything on my principle amount. Violet's stays and federal la on what they paid on interest first. And photo copied documents that I didn't sign into one so did so crap like I can see the line from the paper on the copy. And they upped my interest 7% on the copy they gave me in May. When the contract I have that I signed when I bought it says less. We hope it will push into court here in a month or so once we get done making sure there aren't others without money or legal counsel to class action sue. And thenI don't care what you think of feel about people. Even if there payment is late sometimes. Or people have weird banking situations like I do because I manage a lot of money. We have contacted Lendmark cooperation by attorney and have asked that due to medical bias and the phone recordings that prove this is when it started. That June should be fired and removed from the corporation as well as her manager Alma for assisting the effort in thinking it was funny to not send over contracts consistently requested by the party the loan is for. We will he pushing for compensation if they don't. Seeing as all I've asked for from the start was an apology. And for them to be nicer to where I don't have to yell out of fear to not be insulted 45 seconds in. Don't go here. Don't let anyone approve you here. Even if you need the car. It's lot worth it if you buy it. And then when they don't like you they start keeping all your payments against the interest tact law and use their own bias to financially illegally screw you. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.
