A class action one so I thought this place was going to be packed because everybody gets disrespected at Walmart, you feel me? Anyway, they close around 8:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. I called at 7:30 or so and asked if they would be able to help me out with my big baller check. They said sure and asked how much it was. That's when I got nervous. A lot of people and or check cashing spots aren't used to people that handle this amount of money like myself. I let her know that it was about $21 and change and she said oh okay yeah come on in. The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. That is probably one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, going back to the phone call. I was greeted with the angelic welcoming warm voice of a young lady named Maria. She told me her name and I thought it was talking to Aaliyah. She really rocked the boat when she told me that the check amount wasn't anything but a number I'm just kidding none of that happened but she was very professional and welcoming over the phone. So I showed up 45 seconds later drunk as hell jk again but yeah it was the smoothest a check cashing transaction has ever went. She was fast friendly and professional. I would say more but I'll just say that the customer service was exceptional. Maria was the best and she's a dodger fan so extra brownie points for her. I love you, Maria!

CAREGIVERS BEWARE!! CASH PLUS DISCRIMINATES ALL CAREGIVERS SAYING IS NOT A JOB!!!…read more For caregivers looking for a payday loan that won't tell you your job isn't a paid job & all that, message me, I know a few good places! Let's get down to it! Yesterday online, I stumbled across Cash Plus since I needed a payday loan. Just $150 to get cat food & a few households items. I do have a payday loan elsewhere, but isn't due until next week. I applied for the loan & this morning, I wake up to get a denial because I have "Unsupported Income Type!" Now I was like WTF is this?! So earlier I called, 2:45pm, & the clerk basically told me because I'm a Caregiver, they don't see it as my job & it's they're policy to deny me because of it! I tried to explain nicely to her that yes ma'am this is a job, I earn income & then she rudely interrupts me, refusing to give me her name & kept saying no it's not a job, go somewhere else ...TF! CAN'T BELIEVE these assholes discriminated against me because I'm a caregiver! Telling me it's not a job? I have been caring for my mom over 20+ years & been a paid caregiver for 13 years this month! I saved my mom's life numerous times! Only family I got & all I'm trying to do is get $150! I work at home & enjoy what I do....IT IS A FKING JOB!! This is a first & I will let my union know this as well! I think a lawsuit against this place should suffice to put them in check! I'm the right one today! How dare yall people tell me what I do ain't a fking job, bch I pay bills with this job! Over $150 payday loan! CAREGIVERS BEWARE!

His ability to listen to his clients and then advise makes for a top notch banker relationship that extends beyond just being professional. I have had hit and miss service from other Wells Fargo branches in the past. Some branches are very good and others just terrible. Great customer service and awful customer service. The banker…read moreimmediately told me that Chase hasn't issued new $100 bills for the past three years and that they had none available. This explanation didn't make sense, especially because my husband was able to exchange for new $100 bills at another Chase branch just last month during a business trip. When I pointed this out, the banker suddenly turned to a colleague and asked if they had any -- and then gave me the new bills. It turns out they did have them all along. I understand that due to graduation season, availability might be limited. But what truly frustrated me was not the lack of crisp bills -- it was the lack of honesty and transparency from the start. Instead of simply explaining the situation or checking with a colleague, I was given what felt like a made-up excuse. Only after I pressed the issue did they take action. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a bank like Chase. As a long-time customer, I expect straightforward and respectful treatment -- not evasiveness and misleading information. Chase needs to do better.
