After finding out I couldn't do a title loan because I just moved here last month and my car is still titled in Arizona, I asked the very polite young woman to remove me from their calling list and she said she would and we hung up. Starting Monday morning, I began receiving call after call with their number and name on the caller ID again but when I'd try to answer, I would just get hung up on. This continued all day Tuesday then started right up as soon as they opened again!! Finally, yesterday (Wednesday) I answered and said "Hello?" When the woman speaking tried to go right into her sales pitch, I interrupted her and said "Please stop calling me!! I can't get a loan with you!" And she ACTUALLY SCREAMED AT ME "THEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE, YOU DUMB B*TCH AND JUST SAY THAT!." I stared at the phone in shock then said angrily in a low voice "I did. I spoke to someone last week and was told I'd be removed from the calling list." And she shouted something unintelligible at me and hung up. If this is how you run your business and this is the quality/caliber of people you have working for you, then I am GLAD my title didn't work because if this is how you speak to your customers who are obviously already having financial issues and having to suck up their pride to take a high interest loan for an emergency situation, I hope you go out of business very soon. I had a very bad experience with the assistant manager of this company, she was rude, disrespectful, and have no customer service skills, just because I asked a question that she did not know neither the correct answer to it, nor the legal expertise to answer it, and was rushing me to sign the paperwork. They do not care about you or your legal rights, all they care about is to have you blindly sign documents, and do not give you enough time to review anything. Take your business where you are valued as a customer, and treated with respect. By the way you will notice that they have business partnership with All City real estate company, do not fall for that trap, you will end up paying more, and charged extra fees. Their Job is to research deeds, titles, court orders etc.. but they are lazy and do not even do that, they will ask their client to provide documents when the county clerks office is less than 5 minutes away from their office, and it is their job to perform the research (that's why they charge title research fee). I am amazed how these incompetent people end up working somewhere and placed in offices for reasons other than education, experience, and skills. The office is very unfriendly, and you can notice the workers there look like they are walking on egg shells, realtors are not allowed to go in one minute prior to the appointment time, even though there is a waiting area.
