This is the best ACE Cash I've been to... but ONLY if two certain awesome ladies are working there (usually during the weekday.) They are younger and both of them are sweet, great and awesome in every single way. You all make this store one of the best stores in the surrounding areas.
Now, I didn't know this, but on weekends, there's this much older lady with dark curly short hair. Some guy was ahead of me, she treated him normally, just fine. The SECOND she saw my face when I walked up, she bared her teeth and gave me the most unwelcome sneer. The residual smile she had with the man before me was just 100% gone into a curt little frown, giving me the once over. I had never met or seen this lady a day in my life, so I didn't know what the issue was, so I chose to ignore it. She rolled her eyes, immediately busied herself with paperwork, not looking at me and telling me at the speed of light the things I would need. When I told her that I had direct deposit, she raised her voice and merely repeated what she just said with more venom. She also kept firmly pointing me to fill out a form (which is usually handed to me) and kept smiling over at the blonde guy behind me that just walked in.
So, to most women out there, if you happen to see this individual, just go the other way. She will make doubly sure that she makes your time there as rough as possible, then if there's a man next in line, be as sweet as pie to him. Yes, these women exist and best left alone like that garbage they are. Completely unprofessional.
I told her immediately that I already knew where this was going. She looked up from her "work" and gave me a look like she had been shocked with a few volts, but when I told her I was coming back another day, THAT'S when she decided she was going to smile as big as the sunbeams and tell me to have a "good day." She kept her sweet voice for the blonde guy that was behind me. Even he knew what was going on, because he saw the whole thing and even he gave me a, "Geeze, what's her issue? Sorry," look. I think she was happy to have been of some inconvenience to me, and that's all that mattered, but I can assure I took my business elsewhere and got serviced by normal, healthy functioning people.
