I was willing to show her identification and answer reasonable questions. But she actually interrogated me and I felt Racially Profiled. I mentioned that the Temple location was happy to cash my check. And she quickly replied that "I am going to call them and tell them not to cash it" ... This is a sad situation. The employees receive incentives and try to get you to refinance instead of making a payment towards your balance and paying off your loan they want you to stay in debt.
