Office has been closed. I used them because the brokerage All City uses them. The assistant showed up 15 minutes late to the signing, was rude and then proceeded to give me unsolicited life advice. Found out later that they didn't file a legal description of the deed correctly, so i couldn't get homestead exemption until i fixed it. Terrible. read more

Never allow your realtor to pick this Title Company to buy or sell a house. You have the right to pick your own Title Company, especially when you are the buyer. I had a very bad experience with the assistant manager of this company, she was rude, disrespectful, and have no customer service skills, just because I asked a question that she did not know neither the correct answer to it, nor the legal expertise to answer it, and was rushing me to sign the paperwork. They do not care about you or your legal rights, all they care about is to have you blindly sign documents, and do not give you enough time to review anything. Take your business where you are valued as a customer, and treated with respect. By the way you will notice that they have business partnership with All City real estate company, do not fall for that trap, you will end up paying more, and charged extra fees. Their Job is to research deeds, titles, court orders etc.. but they are lazy and do not even do that, they will ask their client to provide documents when the county clerks office is less than 5 minutes away from their office, and it is their job to perform the research (that's why they charge title research fee). I am amazed how these incompetent people end up working somewhere and placed in offices for reasons other than education, experience, and skills. The office is very unfriendly, and you can notice the workers there look like they are walking on egg shells, realtors are not allowed to go in one minute prior to the appointment time, even though there is a waiting area. read more

I'm very concern about this company NETCO I will be having a closing by the end of this month I'm the seller, but the buyer is using this title company from out of state to close, I'm not a fan of doing closing online or wiring funds I'm too skeptical and concern, I'm not too sure how precise this NETCO company is. Is hard to find consistent reviews about them, I been trying to reach out at their office left messages but no one return calls. read more

Another mix-up! We closed on Aug 13, 2021! Truly very very unhappy about the entire process. However, it is what it is....as long as you don't lose your home to foreclosure you legitimately purchased. read more
