What is even more concerning is that the company continues to employ her despite multiple similar complaints. Additionally, customers are asked to leave reviews while still waiting on loan approval, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity and timing of the positive reviews you may see. When you're dealing with something as important as a loan, professionalism, respect, and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend looking into other companies or representatives who treat clients with basic courtesy and professionalism.

If you can not pay in full, then you are responsible for all interest and fees that apply to that loan. it is in fact, false advertising because on a title loan, which is set up over 12 payments. How does 2 weeks become the entire loan? I don't trust this company, no matter which location you go to, Dallas (buckner blvd, northwest hwy or belt line) Richardson, Arlington (e. abram or cooper), Garland, Irving, Terrell... they all operate the same way.
