State Farm ignored calls and emails and my claim took over three months to process. I was left without a vehicle (total loss) after a collision for which we weren't at fault. Last year when I had a hail damage claim Devon and his team informed me that Farmers will reimburse rental car coverage of $50/day is not used in full. I rented a more basic vehicle as I just needed to get to/from work/home. This was extremely helpful in going towards my deductible. Many insurance companies do not explain these benefits so I greatly appreciate their looking after my best interests. The Schad Agency makes sure that I have the right coverage for my autos, town home and life (in case of unexpected events). The Schad agency is different. Instead of putting every customer into the same box, they get to know what makes each customer unique and tailor a policy that makes sense for them. One advantage they have is the extensive list of products they offer, which allows Devon and his team to find the perfect product mix to achieve the most appropriate coverage for the best price. It's good to know that there are still people out there who don't just see you as information on a computer screen.

This review is directed at AAA, not this office, per se. I have been a member for 38 years and have…read morenever had an issue with my account until 2022. My membership expires on 6/30 annually and I usually send a check on or around the 3rd of June. This year I decided to make my payment by a credit card, I completed the renewal form and mailed it in the envelope they provided, on June 3rd. I received a text message recently claiming that AAA had not received my payment and when I called today, 6/23/22, the agent blamed the USPS. I realize that mail delivery is slow, however, it does not take nearly 3 weeks for local mail delivery. This really concerns me since I believe that AAA has dropped the ball and now I have to worry about identity theft and that my credit card information is floating around somewhere. I am considering cancelling my Plus membership since I rarely use it.

They made everything so simple for us plus, (I even told him this) When I had a question about the process, what else he needed from us, etc. Bob always picked up the phone. No answering service, just Bob and he always had the answer I was looking for! I had talked to 4 different lenders before & they were all about the same, but sitting down with my wife & Bob so we were all on the same page, it just made sense to pull the trigger on the re-fi. His staff also did all of the leg work for the lenders so when we closed, it took about 30-40 minutes and we were done. I am telling my co-workers and neighbors, that you can go to any mortgage co. to get a loan, but if you want a simple, easy, Let the Pros handle this. I highly recommend MSFG and Bob Hoff. They are truly great & very professional. Douglas Muff
