When I walked into 301 S. Sheridan Lakewood, CO 80226 I never felt so ashamed for asking for a loan. The way everyone looked at me when I walked in was like I was covered in dogsh*& and smelled just the same. Nobody knew my circumstanses nor did they care. I pulled out my title, my drivers license and started the application. They had me go to my vehicle and they looked it over, had me start the car and drive back and forward. Now mind you, I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer with a few dings and such. I get it. She's an old vehicle. She's been beat (like me, running from an abusive boyfriend, hence, why I SO DESPERATELY NEEDED THIS LOAN). During the paperwork process they get on the phone with their supervisor and are discussing my vehicle. Let's just say that they were not at all professional and made me feel worse than I already did. I didn't ask to get beat and abused, and I needed a way out. That WAS my way out. So needless to say, I walked away feeling battered and bruised AGAIN. They denied my loan and sent me on my way. Last night, he hit me so many times I lost count. I will probably die by the hands of this man. If Loanmax would have given me the loan, I would have been gone to a safe shelter and finaly free of this hell. Thanks for being so judgemental and not helping someone in desperate need.

Shaunna and nick are incredible, they're so helpful and have helped me figure out a few confusing situations from my debit card being stolen to changing my last name, direct deposit etc. I use ace primarily for my debit card but they offer a lot more! Happy customer.

I was told on the phone they would be able to print things for me if I emailed them but it turns out they have one public computer you have to log into with your sensitive info and every email service has them flagged as extra sketchy so you'll have to go through more extra authentication steps than I ever have before for a new device and the phone reception in their building is poor. Turns out I didn't need the money as badly as I thought and they didn't really want mine anyway!

They do also give you the option of making either the one-time monthly payment or the per pay period payment. They may offer some other services, too, but I haven't dealt with them enough to know all of the perks. I know they buy phones and they can send money.

However I was greeted genuinely by an enthusiastic customer service agent. I was treated like a person, not someone who needed to borrow money. It made the experience so pleasant it did not seem nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact it was one of those where I would think of reasons to go there in the future. When I went in to make payments throughout the course of a few months, I was surprised at how was every single time I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. If seems like they care about having very helpful staff. I say somethimg to them every time i go in on how pleasant they are and now I am finally writing the review.
