Encountered a surly individual who claimed to be one of the advisors but also claimed he probably wouldn't know how to answer my questions, and wasn't prepared to answer the questions despite my being a Wells Fargo customer. I would avoid this crew at all costs.

For one car I was getting different stories from different bankers after I bought my car and tried to make a large payment. When I tried to buy my wife a car we waited days for the loan to come through. When it came down to the end we used another lender. Westerra couldn't fund my loan to get the car but the loan was definitely listed on my account home page to start payments. I've been a member for over thirty years here and I thought good loans were the reason you work with a credit union. 800+ credit score you'd think they could make it happen better than they do.

We are constantly having to reset our password to log into either their website or mobile app. Not only that, we usually have to call to complete this task rather than being able to reset via the security questions. This happens at least once a month, if not more. It is extremely frustrating and they would do well to fix this issue, as I'm sure that I am not the only one that has this issue.

They have a great app for checking your accounts and have recently added the feature where you can do mobile deposits. It is really cool and fabulously convenient. It can be 2 am and you can deposit a check from your lazy boy. The only bummer is it doesn't work for depositing cash. I deal with 2 area banks but most of my business has come here because of the superior service and communication. I recently even refinanced my car just so I could move the loan to them. Not like you need to refinance a 3.99% loan... But they actually could give me a better rate! Go talk to Karla, Debbie, Ann, Julie, Nick or Brandon. They will gladly help you with whatever you need. Fast and totally friendly. Will call you by name when you walk in the door.. Well after they know it of course. your ATM fees are even reimbursed if you use an ATM other then theirs. Good see them.. I never thought that I would Leave a review about my credit unions collusion with fraud. I…read morefoolishly assumed that the credit union worked with me to protect the money that I placed within it. However, I was wrong. When my account was compromised on the 13th of this month, I assumed that a call to the bank would resolve the issue. How very silly of me. Instead, I was told that it was my responsibility to follow up on the fraudulent charge and that I needed to contact the entity that had stolen from me. If I was able to resolve the fraud on my own, I needed to contact them immediately to let them know that they did not need to do any work to follow up on the fraud. After all, it's not their job to protect my money and it's not their job to track down fraud. It's their job to tell me that I need to take care of it myself. Since the money was in their custody when I was robbed, I stupidly assumed that they might have something to do with it, but no, not a chance. Instead, here I sit writing the review trying to figure out how I am accountable for this. I'm sure zing will let me know. They were so helpful both the first and second time I contacted them. On the 13th they said that they would e-mail me a slip that would allow me to file fraudulent activity. They said they would cancel my card and send me a new one and that I would need to follow up on the charge. They lied. On the 18th, I called them back and begged them to help me recover the $100 that was going to be my grocery money until the end of the month. I got all the sympathy of a rock. The first cashier (Mel) just put me off until she could get me off the phone. The second cashier (Tara) did a better job. She was openly short, condescending, and dismissive. Bravo! Customer service at its finest.
