At this bank I was reminded that I'm still just an American of Mexican descent guilty of being brown. I was here to cash my payroll check. I've been to three other ENTs always choosing the location closest to where i am at, at the time decided to call the owner of my company. I could have understood if they'd gone out back or into the manager's office to make the call. Maybe they were just being cautious, but the truth is I've lived through racism in California and now here in Colorado. This place will never again feel like home to me again. The teller whose name does not even merit recognition decided to blast me in the lounge in front of other customers and employees. Treated me like a criminal, like i was trying to cash a stolen payroll check. Proceeds to talk to the owner, "Did you write a check to S.V., You did could you tell me how much the check was for." Seriously, this has been the most humiliating experience of my Life. If it were up to me, I'd have my owner change Banks. Anyone who is willing to do Business with ENT/Wings were your employees payroll checks warrants them to such humiliation should think hard about doing business with ENT/Wings. I have never had such a GREAT experience banking as I have had with ENT Credit Union, they truely care about their employees and handling of customer services! The Customers service is AWESOME, never a wait, and each person, particularly Steven, the Littleton branch is extremely helpful! He handled some fraudulent activity, taught me how to navigate around closing and opening safely. For a month plus, the fraud went viral. ENT explained to me how horrific and invasive is, and what to do about the problems created once 1 occurs and the onslaught of a Tsunami of fraud hits everywhere. Also, I must mention ENT Credit Union on C470 & County Line Road for immediately catching the 1st fraud and taking care of me and my account/s. Both locations took copious care adding that in 2023 there was 17 Billion in fraud in the US alone and in 2024 this number has succeed way beyond... ENT Credit Union/s go beyond all customer service in creating a safe and professional while intimate relationship. Also, if you sign up, one receives an extra bonus in a savings account. This was a firm interest long ago when I sign, then the customer service kicked in the moment I walked in with my Service dog. No other Bank COMPARES!!! Plus Credit Unions share no fee cashing checks or withdrawals. They have guided me with some financial decisions and how to get to my future long and short term goals. KeyBank as an institution is just like every other bank, really, despite claiming to have "hassle-free" accounts. Apparently, things that are not considered "hassles" include having to wait thirty days before you can deposit a personal check without having to wait nine business days (read: two calendar weeks) to access ANY of the balance. There's also a daily ATM withdrawal limit that is somewhere below $500, so hopefully when your money IS available it's not an evening or weekend when you need cash. Oh, and the app is great for checking your balance or depositing checks if you don't need any money until the following day. That's right, zero (0) dollars of your deposit are immediately available the day of the electronic deposit. It will post that night and be available the next day, which is not convenient but neither are their hours. Nine to five on weekdays means that anyone who works a standard job has to come in Friday evening (when they're open until six) or Saturday (when they're open from nine until noon). I have an account I use sparingly and it's only because the service at this branch is so nice. Otherwise, I'd wash my hands of the bank entirely.

The manager, too; she's very interested in how your day is going and if you like the service at her branch. They go the extra mile here to make sure you don't wait very long to get your banking done. I'm usually in and out in ten minutes or less. I do not like the ATM though. It's a pain to use, takes forever, asks you to retype your PIN a thousand times, and makes embarrassingly loud noises. The key pad is not covered, so you have to get your body right up to the machine to try and conceal your PIN from the person standing behind you. Bleh. That's why I always go in and talk to the tellers.

While the teller was taking down all the information, little old lady started to pull out pictures from her purse and and show them to the teller. "This is my new grand baby Emily with her brother Billy, I wish they would come over more often as I am in my house alone most of the time."
