The tellers at the branch were always helpful and very pleasant, but when I would call the customer service line nothing I would talk to them about would translate to the other workers causing returns on the payments. I wish there was a separate way to give a review for the call center because they are absolutely HORRIBLE! But I will still give this individual branch a 5 star rating because, like I mentioned, they were great!

I responded saying I would like to open a checking account. He denied me service with the explanation that it would take 45 minutes to do so and that they (as Chase employees) are not allowed to work past 6:00pm and they are not authorized to work any overtime. Is this really the type of Customer Service that exists with all other banks such as FirstBank, Wells Fargo, etc.? All I can say is "Wow" and not for good reasons!

Do Not bank here! they took a check that was a fraud check, cashed it and then overdrew my bank…read moreaccount more than $1380 and there wasn't even the $2100 in the checking account to cover the check! They dI'd not cover any of the charges and told me "sorry, nothing we can do". I have never been happy with my service 100 percent because service is slow, parking is horrible, and the atm never has money (at least the last 3 times I have been there). please spare yourself the agony of banking here.
