This…read morepast weekend I had the most awful experience and am very ashamed of Ace to allow such a rude and disrespectful employee to continue to be employed for them. I recently provided feedback via email on my recent visits and immediately when I arrived, Lisa the employee, said she was waiting for me to show up there. I figured because it had been a few months since I've gotten a loan. No! I was told by Lisa that if I had a problem with her and was and I quote "talking shit about her" then I can do my business elsewhere and was proceeded to be told of other locations I could go to. She told me how she knows it was me who provided feedback of how she was chatty and that they need another person working on Friday nights rather than just one person. I have never been rude or disrespectful to Lisa in every interaction I have ever had with her and I feel personally violated by the lack of customer service and disrespect from her. I asked when the other lady Mary would be working so I could come back and she responded very rudely that "Mary works when I don't and plus she won't be working here for very much longer". Lisa even told me that she got in trouble for what I said and now I feel targeted by her as I have very personal information stored within your company and this woman has full access to it. I am a great customer and have never been delinquent or not paid on my loans and if this is the type of employees you have and continue to keep even after truthful feedback then I will never do business with your company again!

Emails saying we didn't know you were still interested in the loan you applied for. Good loans but the service is a challenge. May 2019. That was my original post. A few more calls got me nowhere, Every time I got a different answer. The last women I talked to would not stop inteupting me. There are plenty of credit unions around I would choose another.
