Moving our table from the east bay to Lake Tahoe.
pam w.

This is the third and last time Mark will have to move this table. It is now at its forever home. Mark is great. Efficient, adheres to the schedule, and more importantly he treats our equipment as if it was his own. Mark disassembled our table and transported it from Concord to Incline Village Nevada. He also did a beautiful job of changing the felt so the color would match our new home. Highly recommend.

New silk felt

The owner has been in business go many many years and man does he know his stuff. Has moved a couple of tables for me. He picks then up dismantles it and delivers it to your house and put it back together. This man is legit and puts it together with absolute precision. Has the options for new felt, pool cues, balls, chalk. Everything you need he's got it.

I bought a pool table off of Craigslist so I called a few places to get quotes to move it and get it set up.

So if you're white, I really don't advise going here because they're gonna look you up-and-down. And basically tell you that you can't play pool there. It was a wonderful experience. (Not!)Ohh, I should also add that they patted my husband down like he was a common criminal.I should also let you know.My husband is a very chill guy and dress is very much so dad bod style....very threatening I'm sure... We stood there clueless to what's going on. Finally, after she walks past us to drop off a drink to a customer she asks us if we wanted a table. There's no customer service, no smile or a greeting. We got a table and played. They do play really loud Mexican music so it was hard to carry a conversation. My husband ordered a soda while getting a table and the worker just dropped off a can. No straw, napkin or a cup of ice. This place didn't impress me and they didn't even honor their Sunday special which they advertise at their establishment.

The waitress came back And informed me that their machine ate my credit card. They still expected us to pay nothing, was comped from our meal! The manager later came up and said that if I wanted to, I could talk to corporate. I left my phone number with them as requested. They never called me to inform me about my credit card! Hopefully they can find a local spot but there arent many spaces for the footprint 20 tables and other games need. Our experience was pretty standard. Enjoyed shooting some pool. Caught several games - wish they could vary the screens a bit more. When its a row of 4-8 TVs and they alternate the same 2 games across them, its meh. If they would put a different event on each screen - boom! Beers were cold, wish there were more rotating handles but I also get it. Why change what works - but for me, I like variety. The bar food was pretty decent. Mixed drinkers were strong (at least according to my other half!). Pics - yup, forgot again! Next time :) We'll find them when they reopen and go experience the fun. Hope its soon!

I thought both orders would come with the pickled radish, but we only got one, which isn't the biggest deal. I do like their pickled radish because it was refreshing and it had a bit of sweetness to it, which is different from another large chain Korean fried chicken restaurant. We also ordered a diet coke, but ended up getting a canned diet pepsi (was for some reason thinking it was going to be in a cup). The honey wings were really good, other than honey, there was no other sweetness which I'm glad about...I liked the natural flavor, and it wasn't overly saucy. The Mr. Lee wings had some jalapeno and red onion pieces and it had something like a soy glaze taste to it. The chicken wings weren't completely crunchy, but they had a bit of a crisp and chew to it from the batter, which I enjoyed. The batter was definitely different from other large chain restaurants, but it was delicious! The restaurant was pretty empty at the time we went, but very spacious. It looks like they're big enough to host fun events, which they advertised karaoke and games. Overall, I would totally come back for Korean fried chicken here!

A couple pool tables so might've been an old sports bar ... mini stage for karaoke? No evidence of live music. It has quickly become one of our favorite spots for a…read morerare date night because it stays open late, which works well for us since I am mostly bedridden and wheelchair-bound due to Stage 3 full-body CRPS and other medical pain conditions. I don't get out often, usually only for appointments once or twice a month and about once a month (sometimes every other month) for a date...so when I do, it's something very special that I have to carefully plan for, and I need significant time to recover afterward. Round1 has so many fun options all in one place. There's bowling, a huge arcade with both classic and modern games, racing games, basketball hoops, rhythm and dance games, and interactive skill games. They also have karaoke rooms, ping pong, and billiards/pool tables. It's really nice because there is something for everyone and every energy level...whether you want something active, competitive, or just casual and fun. We enjoy pool, basketball hoops, racing, several other sit down games like the Top Gun game. We have yet to order snacks as we usually get there too late, but will next time. We love Karoke so we may do a little Karoke The staff has always been kind, and the customer service is consistently good. We also really appreciate the security at the front it, it makes the environment feel safe and welcoming. We haven't tried bowling at this specific location yet, but we have at another Round1 and look forward to doing it here as well. One of our favorite things is just walking around and trying different games together...it honestly feels like stepping into a playful, fun space where you can forget stress for a while. My husband is incredibly supportive and often carries me so I don't have to use my wheelchair inside, which makes it easier for us to enjoy the experience together. Even though I'm 38 and he's 42, it truly feels like being kids again, laughing, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company. We're really grateful to have found a place like this where we can still make joyful memories together despite health challenges.

I was contemplating whether or not to just play something. Then, when I was playing the Star Wars coin pusher, thank goodness, I was finished because the card wouldn't come out onto the platform. I was like forget it. Likewise, it's quite discouraging and quite true (as stated throughout Reddit) that they don't refresh or change out their plushies/prizes like other locations. Although, I did see them starting to clear out some machines today. Why do I come here, you ask? It's literally, to me, one of the largest locations in NorCal (sadly). So many ufos, cranes, coin pushers, etc! An arcade extravaganza! IF YOU ARE DISABLED DO NOT COME HERE DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING ELEVATORS! (March 2026)
