I originally went to Ace banners to order business cards, but, after discussing my business and showing my logo that I had, I left with several new logo ideas and a facelift for my business. The prices are excellent and the quality from the samples I saw were superior to any other place I have been to. So I placed an order and placed a deposit for when I pick out the new firm logo, I am getting new business cards for my firm, a new Marquee sign, office sign for inside the building, having my car wrapped, stationary, t-shirts that are DTF to give out, embroidery for polo shirts, and wrapping paper for client gifts. It seems like the sky is the limit with this place when it comes to banners, signs, shirts, hats, and anything else I needed. It was a one-stop shop for all my advertising needs for my local business. Also, I get to keep the Logo when I am finished so I can redesign my website to match my firm's new look. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. These people are 0 for 2 in getting my orders right. The first time, they were very late with it and when I picked it up, my posters were not put on foam board as I'd requested (and paid for). The lady was not really nice about the whole thing but said she'd have it taken care of before COB. I decided to give them another shot and this time they mis-spelled "Philadelhia" When I contacted them about the error, the guy was very apologetic and said they'd get it remade immediately. A week went by and I heard nothing so I finally called and spoke to a woman (I think she and her husband own the place) who said it would be done after 4pm...it got placed in the "queue" and never got done the previous week. When I went in after 4pm, it's still not done. Still in the queue...they'd forgotten all about it. To top it off, the lady I'd spoken to (the same person who I'd spoken to the first time I had an issue with them) was there and started yelling at ME...like I"m the jerk in this scenario. read more

I don't know why they would be getting a bad review. First of all, I used them for all of the banners I needed for my job. I probably ordered about 10 a year. I never had them over promise time lines and then never deliver. They always send a proof before going to print and wait for your approval. There was one time that I wasn't able to get to their office in enough time to pick it up that they brought it to me the next day because I needed them at 7a.m. Who does that? Never had better customer service. Quality is good, but they don't hold up to weather very well if you leave out in the sun all day. But the prices are competitive and I won't go elsewhere because they are friendly and give good service. And that does deserve a 5 star rating in my book. read more

We used them in the past for vinyl banners and door decals and business cards. I was helped by an older gentleman who then handed me to a young lady who filled out my paperwork. That experience was very nice 4 years ago. Update today prices seemed to have gone up. It is what it is in today's economy for a small business. Today we got both a vinyl sign and a door decal. They misspelled a word and my wife gave the ok with the sign but for some reason didn't spell check it so one of the words was misspelled on the vinyl banner but somehow they spelled it right on the door decal. Instead of just telling us there is a 65$ charge they decided to blame us and then charge us to fix it. It's not about the money it's just about the way it was handled. There work is good but customer service could be a lot better. This time the older gentleman was not available and did not help us at all. I'll go elsewhere in the future read more

Just some advice be very specific on paper that u want used. After a recommendation from a friend i decided to use ace, unfortunately the company that originally did my cards no longer does them. Today I picked up my cards and flyers and were not on the textured matte paper I was specific on because the cards need to be written on and any type of gloss makes it hard to write on i even left a sample of the old one and still ended up with the wrong paper. When I told the owner she told me to go back to the old company she knew they don't do cards any more she also said I didn't have to take them she did apologize but seemed more interested in faulting me for the mistake on there part. Im leaving 2 stars because even though I'm not satisfied with my cards and flyers they will work. read more

We were pleased with this business at first. The price was great and they do good work. However, even though we paid up front, they tried to charge us more money after the service was completed, even though we had to pay another service to come up with our sign design since they couldn't think of one themselves.
