A representative from KCD came out to sketch out the plan and provided a free quote, including 3D models. It only took a few days, and cabinets arrived in less than two weeks. I ordered the Charleston White, the qualities on these are great and have now lasted through the first year with no issues. My tenant loves them. Now I was planning on another renovation project for another rental unit before my tenant decided to renew the lease. This time, I ran into a bit of an issue with communication between the KCD rep about getting quotes. I was pretty upset and wrote an email about the poor service, come to find out, they had system issues and was not receiving the emails. The owner contacted me directly and was deeply apologetic. He even offered an extremely generous discount. Unfortunately the project did not go through however, I truly appreciate any business who shows great customer support. I have a few projects coming up and look forward to using KCD.

We were very happy with the quality and craftsmenship on how they were made. As well as, the shades available for ordering. As it turned out we contacted KCD and spoke with Peter, was to be our rep. Peter was always so professional and patient with us during our many design changes. He never made us feel that we were being a bother. He also gave us great ideas for the kitchen design and answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. There were many emails over the course of this whole project. Peter even came to our home just to make sure everything was in order before finalizing our purchase. Peter did initially come over for our original measure and in most cases that is pretty much all that is needed for a kitchen cabinet project. Sergei came over to our issue and immediately arranged for their service person to come over and took care of everything. Once scheduled, the team quickly worked to protect the new hardwood floors installed. They quickly went to make the necessary repairs by filling holes in the walls and the gaps between the baseboards, repairing cracks, etc. once the prep work completed, they painted all the trim, baseboards and window sills, the ceilings and closets and finally the walls. I absolutely love the end product as the apartment looks beautiful and fresh again. I highly recommend New Look Painters, they charged a fair price and provided quality work.

Another company came out and sent me an estimate weeks later at a price that shocked me. Window companies told me I had to do the measurements myself and order them and if I ordered wrong there would be no refunds. These guys got back to me within 24 hours and came out to measure. I had an estimate a few days later. After that was some confusion as I indicated I wanted to go with them on the work, but I didn't hear anything back until I got a phone call about two weeks later saying the screens were in.
