I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. He arrived when he said and prior to beginning any work, walked around the car with me wanting to know about areas with which I had concerns. We did the same for the interior of the car. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Gavin took the time to research and get products that would deal with the variety of pet smells we've encountered. It was a major improvement from what we had before, and more than what I could do on my own with pet store products, baking soda, etc. It might cost more than the run through car wash inside and outside package, but Gavin definitely puts in the work.
