Her grades and her confidence have both improved. She likes going, which is saying a lot for a moody junior higher. My high schooler ASKED to go because she saw how much it helped her sister. Yatin is an amazing director who is empathetic and smart. You can't go wrong here. And remember, yes it costs a freakin' lot, but it is an investment in your child's education and their self-esteem. Be aware.. this guy Warren edited his response to choose nicer words because it showed how egotistical he comes off! Eek, big red flag to stay away!! His first response to my review was not so friendly for being a business owner and offering piano services to families with children. OMG! He appears he wants to fill his spots and even if you are already reserved a date and cant respond to his virtual assistant within 48 hours, he will say we will move onto another student. He is not apologetic, not sincere, not PATIENT and not understanding. Just say sorry, but instead he is now rude and so now he had to revise his response here since it will scare other families away! My original yelp review: Mess with my family or mess with my time.. this is a good way to to get to a bad start with me. This is exactly what Mr. Warren and his 'personal virtual assistant' Michel did. He messed with my time. He disappointed me and most importantly my daughter. - was on vacay for our anniversary in Italy - booked the payment they wanted while on my vacay, told them a date for a consult while on my vacay. took the afternoon off for the consult when we are back - booked the first piano lesson and my daughter was so excited to start piano with an instructor with amazing yelp reviews. - day of consult I get an email saying this isnt going to work out. The assistant Michel did not hear from me via email x2 days and Mr. Warren said this isnt going to work out and just dropped us and said they are moving on to the next. Oooouu, I was pissed. We were planning for her lesson and the consult. Wow.. no phone call, just a quick email. And I hate communicating over emails when it comes to discussing certain services. Michel should have called me. I am not buying a product, I am looking for piano mentorship for my children. And if Warren isnt nice and cordial with me, how much more would I trust my kids with this guy. I had to break the news to my daughter this piano teacher is not interested in helping us with piano lessons. Never met this guy, dont want to now. He seems to have an ego based on his emails. Please change Michels title to personal assistant instead of personal virtual assistant. Thats not an insult. We were treated like sorry you cant respond ASAP within 2 days, lets move on to another family. Found this guy on Yelp.. so thats why Im leaving a review back here on Yelp. Not all yelp reviews are true so I hope this helps another family if anyone goes through this or is deciding to start with this place. When I find a good piano teacher and studio.. Ill leave my recommendation here.

My 8 year old son has been with Mr. Warren for almost a year now and he has learned so much! He…read morewent in not ever playing a note on a piano to now having played in 2 recitals. In his own words, "Mr. Warren has boosted my confidence to be able to play in recitals in front of an audience." So, he is not only learning piano skills but "life" skills to have the confidence and overcome his fears of performing for an audience. For that, as a parent, I am most appreciative to Mr. Warren! I highly recommend Warren for piano lessons; he will not only teach them how to play piano, but also teach them life lessons they will take with them beyond just playing piano.
