Jason and Nell were so easy to work with, and so talented in what they do. - Talent - they got me a price that was WAY higher than market! - Transparency - Jason was very candid about what to expect (the good, the bad, and the ugly), which I found reassuring because I knew he would be shooting me straight. - Very Knowledgeable / Extremely Smart - Jason comes from Wall Street and could probably do rocket science if he wanted to. He was playing chess while everyone else was playing checkers. He knows the market in and out; knows the process in and out; and is 3 steps ahead of everyone else at all times. He's invaluable to have on your side when things heat up in a process (and something unexpected will ALWAYS come up in these processes). - Very Responsive - always quick to respond via text/call/email when I had a question even though he is plenty busy in his personal family life. - Very Proactive - I never had to ask them how something went in the process. They always kept me updated in real-time. - Professional - they've done this 1,000 times, so they know how to work with emotional buyers and sellers - High Integrity - they both err on the side of caution and are very ethical to both the buyer and the seller, which I found to be reassuring as well read more

Jason and Nell are fabulous to work with. They were patient with me through my process of finding a home - always supporting me and never pushing me. I ended up finding the perfect home thanks to them and couldn't be more pleased. They also handled the sale of my condo flawlessly and faster than I would have ever expected. I would definitely recommend working with them! read more

Our experience, with the ACD group, was beyond superlative. Nell and Jason made every aspect of the process seamless. We bought our fabulous condo and sold our home of 45 years with ease. They were professional and warm, and quite understanding about all of our idiosyncratic needs. I can not imagine a better experience with any realtors, moving isn't easy, and yet they made it a wonderful experience. They were the right people read more

I have never met anyone who sincerely enjoys a job as much as Jason enjoys his. He is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, strategic, and fun to work with! I'm not sure how, but he was ALWAYS available. Quickly earning my trust by communicating openly and honestly. When asked, he gave his true opinion (never a construed response influenced by how commission could be affected). He really listened, took my concerns to heart, and always acted in MY best interest. It was clear to me that his goal was not to help me find a place, but THE place. As a first-time homebuyer, I was inquisitive, eager, and apprehensive. Being the first of my family and most of my peers to purchase property in Chicago, I did not have the benefit of their trusted guidance at each critical step. Jason was upbeat, understanding, and (probably without even knowing it) the consistent encouraging presence that I needed during the stressful homebuying process. Jason is a natural. He effortlessly exceeds those commonly held expectations we all have for a real-estate agents. I remember speaking almost exclusively in questions, Jason never tired of being on a mission for the answers. He was receptive to my feedback, took the time to learn what was important to me, and wanted me to feel good about the decisions I was making. I don't imagine that the experience I had working with him could be much different than that which he would offer to a friend. In the midst of a particularly hectic sequence of events, my dream loft popped back up on the market. Jason hustled to get me the first showing (and earned some major bonus points for creativity since we were both traveling at the time). We were under contract that same day and closed less than a month later. I am now living happily in THE place meant for me. A charming, one-of-a-kind loft in my favorite part of the city, that I likely would not have landed had I chosen to work with any of the other agents I initially considered. I whole-heartedly recommended Jason to everyone I know who is thinking about buying/selling a home. What else can I really say about Jason Davis? Once you meet him, you'll just get it. And you'll be glad you did! read more

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Jason, Nell and ACD Property Group in the purchase of our dream home. When we found the home, Jason worked overtime to help us put together an offer at lightning speed. The seller had another offer, but with Jason's help and expertise, we were able to negotiate an offer that closed the deal. Jason and Nell had our best interest in mind from day one. They put together an excellent team that was responsive and professional making our closing and loan process extremely smooth. The team at ACD were professional, personable and demonstrated enthusiasm throughout the entire home buying process. Their expertise in real estate goes unmatched! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their property to work with ACD. read more

My wife and I were fortunate to get referred over to Jason and Nell. We could not have been any more pleased with the service. We were first-time condo buyers, had no idea what we were doing, and came armed with a million questions. Jason was incredibly patient with our inexperience and answered all of our questions along the way. He demonstrated his expertise and industry knowledge consistently which proved to be invaluable during the offer and closing process. He provided recommendations when we asked for them (and thankfully a couple of times when we didn't, but needed to) without ever coming across as pushy. We can't say enough good things about the ACD team and look forward to using them for future needs. read more

My wife and I sold a rental property we'd owned in Lakeview for roughly ten years through Jason and his team at ACD Property Group earlier this year, and we couldn't have been happier. From start to finish Jason was both super knowledgeable and professional. Right off the bat we knew Jason was going to be great when he walked us through the financials of choosing to either list our place for sale or putting on the market for rent once more. A lot of other brokers we've worked with in the past would have been just interested in getting our listing, but Jason really wanted to make sure that selling our unit was the right decision for us. Next he helped walk us through the process of choosing a listing price for our property that would ensure it would sell in a reasonable time frame without leaving money on the table. From that point on, it almost felt like the transaction was on cruise control for my wife and I, which was amazing because we have twin toddlers and honestly our life is busy enough these days. Our pictures turned out beautiful, the cleaning team Jason recommended was both professional and extremely reasonably priced, and he even talked us out of hastily doing some upgrades to the unit that what we had thought were going to be required to sell the unit at the price we ended up getting. After just a few open houses, we had competing offers for our unit and we sold it for close to what we'd initially thought was an ambitious asking price! I can't recommend Jason and his team more highly. read more

Jason & Nell are exactly who we needed as we searched for our home. Not only were they incredibly responsive and fun to work with, but their knowledge of the market and ability to find value was incredibly impressive. Not only did they find us the perfect home, they helped negotiate an incredibly nuanced offer that helped us stand out over others who in some cases had a higher offer. If you are looking for a new home, there is no reason not to work with them! read more

Jason and Nell were amazing to work with. They were beyond professional and patient with all of my questions and concerns. We saw a number of places and they were very helpful in narrowing down neighborhoods (since I'm new to Chicago). They even were able to compare NY neighborhoods with Chicago neighborhoods to give me a sense of the vibe and make sure it matched with what I was looking for in a new home. Once we decided to put in an offer on a place, they did an excellent job of doing their due diligence on comparison values to figure out how best to negotiate. Nell and Jason were exremely helpful when we purchased our new home. We recommend them as highly as we can!

Jason and Nell are truly the best in the business! We decided to sell our condo after learning that we were expecting. Even though the market was not in a great place, we received multiple offers after one week on the private market, and accepted an offer that was $15K above asking with a quick 30-day close. The success is undoubtedly attributed to the special attention and care Jason and Nell put into every listing. Our experience started with an extremely detailed comp analysis that helped us nail the sweet spot between pricing to sell and reaching the top end of market comps. Jason and Nell also visited our condo several times to help us get ready to sell. This included very practical advice on what to clean / fix and help staging our space to make sure it appealed to our target buyer. They also had great recommendations for a real estate lawyer and other service providers that we used to get to the closed deal. We're confident that we got the best offer we could have with them as our agents. Their knowledge of the Chicago real estate market is outstanding. We would highly recommend Jason and Nell to anyone looking to sell their place. You won't regret it! read more

We are so grateful to have been introduced to Jason and Nell by a family member when we found out we were moving to Chicago. We were not only new to the area but also first time buyers (in a CRAZY market) and pretty clueless about the entire process of purchasing a home. They were so incredibly helpful in explaining everything to us and so knowledgeable about the city and surrounding suburbs. We were open to multiple neighborhoods, even places that were a bit further out, and they were always happy to make the drive to see homes with us. In addition to their professionalism and knowledge, they are just good people! We appreciate their patience, kindness, and responsiveness and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. read more

We hired Jason and Nell to sell our condo in Ukrainian Village last summer. They were incredibly organized right from the start, creating a plan, pulling comps, arranging the photographer, and even helping as we made some repairs in preparation for the sale. And when the transaction got a bit complicated in the end, Jason was there at closing, making sure it all went through. We couldn't have been happier with the care and attention they put into our sale! read more

My husband and I are beyond thankful to have been referred to Jason and Nell. They helped us with our purchase of our new home AND with selling our current one. I can't rave enough about them going above and beyond for us constantly, and they were consistently excellent in communicating. Jason is incredibly patient and thorough. Very apparent that he does research or does his due diligence to find us the answers. Would respond to all our texts and multiple phone calls ASAP. Very knowledgeable and seriously someone we relied on, trusted, and turned to for advice. So happy to have worked with this team and can't recommend them enough. read more

Jason and Nell were top notch to work with. At any moment in our process of buying our condo, if we had any doubt, they would respond quickly, with more information than what was expected, and always with great kindness that made the experience so much easier and less stressful. It can be confusing at every step as first-time buyers, and we never had a doubt that the ACD group was working 110% for us. I would recommend them to my closest friend, a person I just met in the grocery store, as well as my mom - and she is very picky. They were our good luck that we needed. Thank you Jason and Nell for helping us find our home! Jason et Nell nous ont accompagné tout au long du processus d'achat de notre premier apartment. We got connected with Nell & Jason by chance and felt like we won the realtor lottery!! My husband & I were relocating back to our home town - pregnant with our first baby girl. Of course, we were searching for a home from 2,000 miles away, during Covid-19. Nell & Jason went above and beyond to help us navigate all the uncertainty with so much ease and confidence. We couldn't have felt more cared for and heard throughout our entire home buying process. They coordinated showings with our families, always responded thoughtfully & quickly and they helped us find our dream home! Can't recommend Jason and Nell highly enough. As first time buyers and British ex-pats, we had 1000s of questions about the house buying process, and Jason and Nell were always there to answer them. They took our (sometimes very mixed messages) about what we were looking for and found us great properties in a number of neighborhoods to look at. They were patient, informative, and enthusiastic. We never felt under any pressure, and felt like they always gave honest opinions on any of the properties we looked at. They did excellent research and market comps for any of the properties we were interested in, giving us confidence that we weren't going to pay over what a property was worth. When we decided on making an offer, they were quick to act, talked us through all the important processes, and found us a wonderful first home. On top of all this, Jason and Nell are just genuinely fun to be around. We had a great time looking at properties with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

Jason and Nell are awesome - helped me sell a downtown condo in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic! Super thoughtful, efficient, and easy to work with. Managed the entire sales process themselves, making it super low stress for me. Highly recommend them! read more

I've worked with many realtors and Jason is by far the best I've worked with. He helped my wife and I close on the four unit property we just bought. He is extremely professional, fun to work with and very reliable. He communicates perfectly and promptly via email, text, and call. He takes time to work with you on market comparables to see if you're truly getting a good deal. He is truly honest and not out to make a quick buck like some other realtors. I truly enjoyed working with Jason and I'll definately recommend him to my friends and family. read more
