He's an expert in the North Center - Lincoln Square neighborhoods, and he incredibly knowledgeable about real estate. I really appreciate how much he adds to home inspection. The inspector's job is to tell you everything that could possibly go wrong with your home purchase. But Mike will help you keep it in perspective. If the inspector tells you the water heater needs to be replaced. Mike is the type of person that will remind you (1) the water heater is working right now, and (2) you can always replace it pre-emptively, it will usually be done in a day and cost around $XX.
