The gal at the front was warm and friendly. She gave me a high level overview of the process after giving her all my tax documents. We also experienced penalties and additional stress due to mistakes that we felt should have been avoided. When we asked for clarification on completed vs. incomplete work and discussed reimbursement for unfinished services, communication largely stopped. We had hoped for a more professional and proactive experience. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to seek help elsewhere to get our records cleaned up and organized.
