Awesome experience! Had a problem with another smog check place earlier today, so I went looking for another place. Found Accurate Smog Check and called them to see if they could take care of my smog today and got a quote for $85. Headed directly over there and I was greeted warmly by the lady in the office. I chatted with her and the gentleman behind the counter as she filled out my paperwork. They said it would be about 30 minutes and the charge was as they quoted over the phone - $85. I handed over the keys and sat down in their warm, nicely decorated waiting room/office. It was nice to have a comfortable place to hang out while they smogged my truck. They are nice people who are efficient at what they do. This is my new go to smog place! read more

We have been bringing our cars here for years and every time is a great experience. I am a female who came by myself and sometimes going to automotive shops I haven't always felt he most comfortable or have felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Not the case here! Walked in without an appointment on a Monday afternoon and was able to get my car in immediately for the smog check. They were very quick and was out of there in about 20 minutes. The waiting room has free wifi and is super clean and comfortable. They also offer the $15 off check in offer which is a nice perk. The intersection right outside can be a little busy in the afternoon with traffic but overall was pretty easy to get to and leave. I had just had a terrible (and frankly scary) experience at the Smog and Run test center in Los Gatos and i decided to give these guys a try after looking at their reviews. They were fabulous. Walked in and dropped off my keys and car . There was a car in front of me. Did not get charged ahead of time. The car was done earlier than estimated. AND the cost was $65 with tax, which was about $25 cheaper than the Los Gatos test center and MUCH better service. Friendly and professional. We went in early this morning and saw Hector for my smog check. There was nobody else at the shop so he took my car right away and said it would be done in 10-15 minutes! We opted to walk down the street to the Starbucks in the meantime. We could have easily waited in the shop, though. It's adorable and clean and filled with family photos on the walls. When we came back there were about 4 or 5 cars there and a few folks waiting in the lobby so we were glad we had gotten an early start. My car was done and waiting as expected and Hector helped us pay and be on our way. I have to say this was the most pleasant, enjoyable, clean, and professional smog check we have experienced. When the guy did my smog test, he was just busy talking on the phone all day long and I was like thinking "Is this guy doing my smog check?". But the funny thing is that he finished the smog check within 25 minutes =) which is a good thing for me and pretty fast. Anyways the service was friendly and they had toys for the children which was pretty amazing and have an old school vending machine. Just got my smog check done this afternoon. It took 30 minutes My car was ready before I even had a chance to finish reading this month's People magazine! I really appreciated that they had something other than guy magazines to read. The guy at the customer desk was really nice and very helpful in explaining the process (results sent electronically, I pay the registration fee, then they send sticker, etc.). The total cost was $65, but I had a $10 off coupon, so it came out to $55. Not bad at all for great service. There were a bunch of people who came in right after me, but no one seemed to mind the wait. The place seemed very efficient. I would totally recommend them. read more
