I have used Brian a few times throughout the past few years when I've had A/C issues and he's always responsive and even comes late in the evening and on Sundays when needed, which is certainly valued and appreciated. This last time I called Brian, my A/C had stopped working on a Sunday. He came over within a few hours, said we had some frayed wires that he had managed to salvage/replace, but spent a solid hour warning us that the age of our unit meant we should think about replacing it altogether. His wire fix worked for approximately 24 hours before the unit went out again. He again came by within a few hours and this time told us it was the motor that had gone bad and the fix would be approximately $600, but again spent a considerable amount of time warning us about the age of the unit and suggested it may be wise to replace the entire unit. Given the time of evening it was, we opted to sit on the decision overnight since neither was an immediate fix given the time of night. In the meantime, I contacted my real estate agent for a referral in order to get a 2nd quote to get the motor replaced as I at least trusted Brian was being honest about the motor being bad, just hoping to get it replaced at a lower cost. The other A/C company sent someone out within a few hours of my phone call and, while they were there only to get a serial number off the unit in order to price a motor, unbeknownst to be, they went ahead and opened it up and tested it. Within 20 minutes of opening the unit, they came down with a bulging capacitator, told me they had replaced it and my unit was working just fine. This $20 part was replaced in less than 30 minutes and my A/C unit has been running perfect ever since - which has now been over a month. When Brian followed up later that day about our decision on the $600 motor or a new unit, I informed him of the 'second opinion,' what they had found and my disappointment in his apparent dishonesty and attempt to have us replace parts/units that were not broken. His response was 'Motor was super hot so you know......couldn't touch it' - mind you, the unit had been off for over 8 hours when he came to look at it, so the only reason anything on the unit would have been hot was the Arizona heat. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend using Brian unless you're willing to spend a lot of money to replace parts or a unit that are not broken! read more

I would highly recommend this company to provide your HVAC needs. I called Brian in the early morning when we encountered issues with our air conditioning unit. He was very professional on the phone and actually had us send a few images of our AC unit to him by text. This allowed him to identify the type unit and offer several trouble shooting options to resolve the problem. When it was determined that he would need to visit our home, he made it possible to arrive within 5 hours of our phone call although he had a full day already scheduled. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of valuable information. From our outside AC unit to crawling in my attic along side of him, he explained everything he was doing. I was grateful for his "sharesmanship" rather than other companies that thrive on "salesmanship". I felt comfortable knowing he was being honest and taking the time to educate me about my system.
