As an out-of-state landlord with properties in Akron, Ohio, I had no idea who to call, especially on a holiday. I reached out to 3 of the top 5-star vendors on Yelp and was literally on hold with one company while they "checked their database" for pricing in order to give me an estimate. That's when Mr. Keith King texted me back and said he could take care of it. Keith went straight over, despite having a nail in his tire, repaired the cable quickly, and charged a very fair price. No service fee just to give an estimate (which others were trying to charge), no holiday price gouging, and no hassle. He emailed me an invoice with a payment link, and that was it , easy and professional. Honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful. I couldn't ask for better service, especially during the holidays. Highly recommend.

When Tom and Ben arrived, they introduced themselves with handshakes and smiles, and then Tom proceeded to not miss a beat: he roll on the ground under the partially open door, assessed the situation within minutes, popped up standing on the other side to explain what he and Ben were going to do. The door was bent, the track was bent, and several wheels were dangling. We, for sure, thought we had to replace the whole door. Not at all. In less than an hour, the two remarkably trained, seasoned technicians, had our door repaired with 10 new wheels, 2 new sets of cables, and 2 new metal corner door plates for an exceedingly reasonable cost!
