They only offer 4 hour windows for repair, so I took half a day off work for their installer to show up an hour AFTER the window I selected. I had to call them to find this out. No one ever attempted to contact me and let me know they were behind, so I didn't have to burn a half day. When I did call to find this out, they weren't apologetic and acted like it was no big deal.
