The bed was top of the line with a huge California King Mattress and 2 separate Electric bed motors to raise and lower the bed. We have only had the new bed for 2 years and one of the motors for one side of the bed stopped working. I had purchased an extra insurance policy from Jerome's through Guardian, and called them to come out to fix my problem. I called their San Diego repair Company, West Coast Home Interiors in Chula Vista, and spoke with Ramon. Ramon set up an appointment with me within 2 hours. Jesus the repair man arrived at my house and was so nice as he came in and quickly diagnosed the problem we had with the bed, and fixed it. But Jesus also saw another problem and wrote a message to Guardian, so I can get that fixed later. Jesus was so informative, and did a good job handling our problem. Thanks to Jesus and West Coast Home Interiors.

I left it for a week to give them extra time treating the shirt. It came back with the stains still as evident as the day I got them, not even cleaned a little. No note saying they couldn't fix it like they used to do, just bagged and returned. The worst part is, there were two new rips along the seams of both sleeves near the shoulders. They were very obvious but no one said anything. The lady at the counter was very rude and just brushed me off, the STILL charged me full price. I hate to say it, but this place is not what it used to be. Now I'm in search of a new dry cleaner that doesn't charge $6 to destroy an expensive silk shirt.
