I found Dry Mist Carpet Cleaning here on Yelp and called Chris for a quote. He picked up the phone quickly and was able to do what I needed. He arrived at my home before I did and I was 15 minutes early. Since I'm still living in the house, he and his helper were able to move a few pieces of furniture, and not just work around them. Chris finished my 1500 square foot, two story home in an hour. He moved the heavier furniture pieces back into place and payment was easy since he takes credit cards using his smart phone. Got my receipt by email as I walked him out the door and the carpets were completely dry in a little over two hours. Super quick AND easy process. Chris really does care about customer satisfaction and providing quality and fast service to the customer. Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. The maids, who do the home cleaning, did a minimal cleaning and took two cleaning products of mine. I asked owner for the bottles back, as I purchased the large refill 5 gallon tubs for both. Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations.
