I found Dry Mist Carpet Cleaning here on Yelp and called Chris for a quote. He picked up the phone quickly and was able to do what I needed. He arrived at my home before I did and I was 15 minutes early. Since I'm still living in the house, he and his helper were able to move a few pieces of furniture, and not just work around them. Chris finished my 1500 square foot, two story home in an hour. He moved the heavier furniture pieces back into place and payment was easy since he takes credit cards using his smart phone. Got my receipt by email as I walked him out the door and the carpets were completely dry in a little over two hours. Super quick AND easy process. Chris really does care about customer satisfaction and providing quality and fast service to the customer. Special note: I waited to write this review a full 24 hours after Dry Mist finished the job, just to confirm the cleaned carpets stayed clean and no surprises came back. The photos speak for themselves.

Lee did an ahhhh-mazing job. Their four step process of cleaning along side with a few spot treatment areas has our couch looking BRIGHT white again. The smell is superb. Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. Not only do they do upholstery, they do other things as well. 10/10
