I'm quite angry about what happened to me at this location…read more I've been on the fence about Firestone as a brand for a long time. I like that they have convenient hours and that you can schedule appointments online with ease, but these are the only two real positives about this company. That being said, I made an appointment for my inspection and was able to do so easily. I've been to Firestone, both this location and others, many times before. I was last here in October 2023 (which is important*) when I had my front passenger side tire replaced. At that time there were no issues and I was happy with the service. Anyway, back to present day, I had dropped my car off and got a call a few hours later telling me that not only was every single tire on my car completely shot, but they were also all the wrong size? Reminder: I had just bought a tire *from them* less than 4 months before. The back tires on my car were purchased elsewhere in November 2022. You're telling me all these tires that are less than 15 months old are "shot"? What?? I work from home so I don't put any sort of serious miles on my car, so there is NO WAY that is possible. Not only that but how are they the wrong size? I've taken this car to other locations, including the dealership, and not one other mechanic has ever said anything remotely like that. I'm furious with this company. Either they're blatantly lying to me about the state of my tires (likely) or they sold me a defective piece of equipment when they put a wrong size tire on my car only four months ago. The former is unacceptable and the latter is shameful! They quoted me nearly 3K just to pass inspection. I'm sorry, but I am not replacing perfectly good tires that are less than 2 years old. I will be taking my car elsewhere for service and I will never use this location again. Over the years I have given Firestone a lot of business and paid them in the thousands altogether, but that will stop today. I paid $80 just to be lied to, what a rip off! Stay far, far away not just from this location but Firestone in general.

Then they ordered the wrong parts TWICE which forced me to rent a car over Labor Day weekend. It took a week to complete a one day repair. Drove car home and noticed a squealing noise. Took it to another shop. Firestone mechanic forgot to reconnect a vacuum hose which cost me another $150 to fix. Do not take your car here under any circumstances. These people are the Keystone Cops of the auto repair world.

This was my first time here and I'm always nervous they're going to tell me I need something wildly expensive and since my knowledge of cars is nonexistent I never know what to do, but thankfully that didn't happen here. Drove right in, arrival to departure was 45 minutes and I got to sit in my car which was nice. They seem pretty organized and overall quite professional/pleasant. I got my oil changed and my tire pressure fixed which is the extent of what I wanted. The one downside was that they charged me for the wrong car at first, which is fine they refunded and fixed it. But I realized after they gave me the change oil sticker for the wrong car too so I'll have to remember how many miles I had when I went. Not a huge deal but a small bummer.

I looked at my clock, and the attendant said "oh yeah, uh, we're closing early today." Told me to come back first thing tomorrow morning, so I did. When I arrived with my fiancé, they told us they don't service fee at 500. Why didn't they tell me that the first time? I'm almost positive the person I was speaking to was a mechanic. I'm also upset because I went online to get a price quote and they told me how much it would cost, but did not tell me that that specific location did not service Fiats. I even got the quote for that specific location. All told, I wasted over 2 hours not getting an oil change. I am no longer a lube - head.

I've been taking my Saab cars for inspections and small maintenance issues to Bob Wark Liberty…read morerepair garage for over 20 years. I took my Saab 2006 9-5 wagon for State inspection in January 2026. The car is maintained by Saab master mechanics and its condition was last reviewed by a top mechanic in October 2025. I was told by Dominic at Bob Wark's that my car had failed inspection because of 3 broken rear suspension parts and two failed motor mounts. Dominic provided photos of these failures. I asked 3 times for estimates to repair these failures but even though the mechanic reviewing the car said it was a breeze to get parts because Saab had been owned by GM, Dominic would not provide estimates saying later that maybe I should go to a Saab mechanic to get the work done. I showed the photos to two separate Saab mechanics and they told me there was nothing wrong with any of the parts which caused the inspection failure. They said there were typical cracks in the rubber parts of the bushings/suspension and motor mounts which is very normal and absolutely nothing in the failed inspection list was problematic. In fact, in doing the inspection Bo Wark's mechanic missed a leaking coolant hose which was about to fail and would have caused a catastrophic failure of the coolant system which could have caused a massive engine failure. I feel like I have been ripped off by Bo Wark and had to pay twice for my State inspection. Once to Wark and once to another garage whose owner has extensive experience with Saabs, Volvos and other European vehicles. I will never go back to Bob Wark Liberty even for gas and would highly recommend that others stay away from this garage for the incompetence and dishonesty for how they dealt with me.

From the first day I drove up I was greeted outside they came and talked to me in the car and we got things done in an okay time manner. Well after the oil change no one was aware on how to reset my car so the light all month kept saying I need to change my oil after 2 weeks and they said I was good on oil but I keep getting notifications about it which is giving me anxiety. The second time I went it was to tighten the lug nugs or whatever they're called and that took over an hour because I honestly think they forgot I was outside waiting I'm assuming. I will say I love how one of the gentlemen came to show me what was wrong with my rotors and showed me what it was supposed to be like and was able to quote me as well. I just don't know if I'll be going here or to the dealership because the price was a lot. Went from 4 star review to 3 star review because the "owners responses" you can tell this person doesn't really care about customer service just ratings and doesn't address a lot of concerns or provide solutions to the reviews and responses I've just read. I've done better than that. Idk. Just gave me an ick. Sorry Mavis
