I used to be able to change a bulb, but arthritis had made it impossible to maneuver parts & plugs. So, I took it to a local shop hoping to save a few bucks on a simple fix. My appointment was for 9AM. I was finished by 9:08!!!! I talked to Andy about the history of C&J while I waited. It was the absolute American dream: a family run business that did well, bought another shop, did well, and now runs 10 shops! The office was clean & comfortable. Overall, the experience was topnotch. Now, I budgeted for this repair, small as it was, but as I went to pay, Andy said I didn't owe him anything! But I do!! I owe him a huge thank you & recommendation for going above & beyond for an old lady & her beat up car. And yes! I will be going back to C&J for my next oil change, inspection, and any needed repairs. Sent from my Metro By T-Mobile 5G LTE Android Device Get Outlook for Android

They also contacted me when work was done on a vehicle, and did what they said they would do. Recently with a simple car inspection I've been really disappointed with this business, not because of the work, or the price, but because they keep telling me they will call back and never do. It must be 10 times I've tried to find out about the status of my car inspection, and they never respond to let me know. I think I'll have to go elsewhere even though I love the location. But first I would appreciate getting the inspection sticker. Hopefully I won't have to call 10 more times to finally get some type of response.
