They were patient with our many questions and had pictures for us to look at. very informative. Great Job! On June 5th Brennen and Javi arrived. Brennen took pictures and explained what was being done in detail. He came in our home to check the vents and installed a new thermostat. A Job done very well. Great attitude! I know it seems like such a trivial gesture, but it means a lot because he did not even hesitate and even waited after I was through to make sure that I didn't need anything else and offered to allow me to use his knife to cut off the oversized lengths that were left over. I am back on the road and give these guys five stars based on their human nature and character of the people they have within their company.

I cannot say enough good things about Outwest Air!…read more My air conditioning went out during a very hot stretch, and the temperature in my home reached 88 degrees. I was extremely worried about my pets--my dog and two parakeets--and needed help quickly. I was referred to Outwest Air through my church, and they responded promptly. The technician arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was honest about what needed to be repaired. What impressed me most was that he fixed the problem without trying to sell me unnecessary services or expensive replacements. The repair was completed for far less than I expected. Thanks to his professionalism, honesty, and expertise, my home is cool again and my pets are comfortable and safe. If you're looking for an HVAC company that is reliable, fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Outwest Air. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Unfortunately, the conversion didn't work out very well, but not for lack of effort by David and John, the technicians who responded to my call. They made three trips out to my house to work on the table, and ran all over town in between trips, trying to locate the right parts for the job. In the final analysis, however, nothing they did could get the table working correctly with natural gas. Despite the fact that the operation was a failure, I'm very pleased to recommend Snow Canyon H&C to anyone in need of HVAC services. The office manager, Marilyn was courteous and efficient, and I just can't say enough good things about David and John, who steadfastly refused to take any money (not even a tip) for their several hours of work. Thank you Snow Canyon. You can be sure I'll call you first whenever I need HVAC support."

When our house was new, the system installed was inadequate and we had hot and cold spots. We replaced our old with a larger capacity unit and many know, who have three system houses it can be quite expensive. Our new system has wade our entire house more comfortable and we actually spend less on cooling and heating. Today I called on a simple problem, we discussed it, and I had spare parts he left me with from the old unit he replaced and gave me. I like the idea that I can trust a contractor, and find simple solutions to simple problems. I don't suggest anyone mess with a AC condenser, but I am half crazy enough to try. Anyways, when my repair job goes out, SC Heating and cooling will be replacing or fixing it, without a doubt. Thanks,
