They were very responsive both times and got the inspections done (and the ever important paperwork completed) in a professional manner that got the project moving. In talking to Maria for the second project, I told her we were in a rush and apologized because of course it was not her fault. I realized that architects and contractors all know that the asbestos inspection is important but somehow never remember to tell the owner that it needs to get done. That creates (yet another) delay in a construction project. Fortunately, Maria was very polite and professional and able to get us scheduled very quickly.

I wish the 10-day radon testing window had been communicated upfront since it required some extra back-and-forth with the seller's agent. We also hit a snag when our mailed-in test was lost, but this is where they really won us over. Maypole owned the mistake immediately and rectified everything so well that we actually walked away more impressed than if nothing had gone wrong.
