After the ownership change, it's clear that level of care is gone. What replaced it is a rigid, impersonal system that treats clients like transactions rather than relationships. They failed to notify clients of a major policy change regarding tax extensions until just days before the deadline--putting me at risk of non-compliance. When I raised concerns, their response was essentially: "This is our policy now, and if you don't like it, go somewhere else." No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. No access to leadership. Just scripted responses from a support team. For a firm that benefited from years of loyalty and referrals, this is an incredibly poor way to treat clients. Avoid. After years of automatically handling my extensions, you changed the process right before a deadline, offered no real support, and told me to pay $240 or figure it out myself. The amount of time that she takes to analyze and speak to you about your life and goals are priceless beads of information that she will discuss in your consulatation. Since I consulted with Sasha Lee in 2015 for my parents' home, she mirrored a lot of my concerns about that house. We set up a plan of action then that got me results, so when I changed residence, I knew I needed to consult with her again. She brought Finola with her again (on a crazy rainy and windy day!!) and they analyzed my home...asked me what my goals were and what problems may occur...and gave suggestions. Listening to these wonderful ladies and their suggestions, kept my head busy as far as the short term and long term goals and plans. Don't get me wrong, there is no magic wand that can zap away life's issues. However, if there was some sort of insight you could receive in improving your life's circumstances, why not try feng shui? There are some things you'd have to invest in such as self motivation, being open minded, time, money, and patience to see results. But if you're looking to try classical feng shui...because there is a difference between Western and Classical and I have tried both (I'd go with Classical personally), do an in person consult with her. Be VERY SUSPITIOUS of any dealing with this "group" aka Athur Bryden, who represents himself as an…read moreattorney. *** I am a chiropractic physician and a very nice lady was referred to my office by a long time patient and friend. She was represented by Mr. Bryden from National Management Group, Inc, who claimed to be an attorney. He even came to my office to discuss legal issues of her injuries and treatments. Now where it gets fishy is when her case settles and Mr. Bryden says he is sending payment to our office for her bills. Long story short,,,10 weeks later after numerous excuses of why we haden't recieved our payment yet, my office was forced to take the patient to small claims court. This is VERY unfortunate, because the patient was under the understanding that her "attorney" Mr. Bryden paid her bills out of the insurance settlement. Further research revealed Mr. Bryden is NOT a licenced attorney, even though he signed an attorney lien with my office, and misrepresented himself as an attorney. My hope is that the patient take legal action against this individual, and that she does not get stuck paying my bills that were already paid by the insurance company to Arthur Bryden "JD" (her supposed attorney)
