As you can see from the pictures, he left burned out bulbs without replacing, left one bulb placement empty, and knocked the paint off of several screws on the outlet switches using an electric drill. The video shows a flickering bulb in our kitchen which he left without fixing, possibly because he didn't know how to... When he and R arrived, both were very personable, friendly and full of promises of what they were going to do for us. After R cleaned the ceiling fans, he went and sat in the truck as DW finished his inspections. When D began going through his recommendations (3 choices for us to choose from), he spoke very fast and, when I stopped him and told him we would look all 3 over and consider, he became indignant and his mood changed, berating me for interrupting him and not letting him finish. I apologized for the interruption and he then finished his presentation, but with a very different attitude than when he first arrived. We told him that we would need to weigh the 3 proposals before coming to a decision, he told us we had a beautiful home and well maintained and now we were looking to throw that all away. He left very upset at us, most likely for not being able to close a sale. This makes us believe that the training Mister Sparky gives their electricians is very intense closing tactics and their income is largely based on being able to close additional projects at the home. Because of our suspicions, right or wrong, we will not be having any of the 3 options performed at this time.

They were receiving automatic payment from my checking account for months for a Maintenence…read moreagreement. I then find out that the cannot really perform the service in the agreement and cancelled. Once they got a credit card number, they started billing my credit card monthly as well WITHOUT my permission to do so. When contacted about it, they said they found no evidence of double billing, even though I provided copies of the credit card and bank statements proving otherwise. They tried to charge me for services that were NOT provided eg charged me for a shower install that they never did, among other things. ZERO stars if that were an option!
