This was my first time in this chiropractor office and the 5 star review was definitely for Dr…read more Cruz. So the downside, when I got to the office I was greeted and I filled out some paper work as a new patient I waited a few minutes as expected. A little bit after, a second receptionist came to the front of the reception area and started complaining about the time I arrived which was a few minutes before I was scheduled she tried speaking in a low voice but was loud enough for me to hear her. She calls my name and I start walking to the back, she stops me in the hall and tells me since "I" ran late the dr wouldn't be able to treat me and all she would do is give me a consultation. I simply told her I was on time and if the dr couldn't treat me or spend time with me and my condition what was the point of even seeing the dr. Which she replied idk the dr will do the best she can......... I was very disappointed as I'm the patient coming for care.! To my surprise I was greeted and treated by an amazing DR who listened to all my concerns and took her time to explain ever step of her treatment methods, with gentle hands she helped me out and started an action plan for my treatment. Had it not been for Dr. Cruz I wouldn't return nor would I recommend this place, however I will continue my treatment and return rather than looking for somewhere else. A bit of advice for a medical establishment, your receptionist are your frontline and it's imperative that they are knowledgeable as kind. They SHOULDN'T be telling a patient they might not been seen or treated, because again we are coming to you and trusting you to help us with our pain. Again a huge thank you to Dr. Cruz and the one young lady who helped me out upon entering the office.

Physical therapy needs attention. I recently went for an evaluation for PT. I have family members…read morewho have had positive experience with the Chiropractor and one of the PT workers (younger male). Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The afternoon PT worker was more interested in pushing his MLM that helping me with my treatment. At one point he took my number, I assumed it was for appointments purposes. Odd because the front desk has my contact information. Turns out it was to send me a video to push a "miracle oil". I decided not to return and to elsewhere. Best thing I ever did. The new practice was wonderful. We did a number of exercises, gave me a workout plan for home, discussed what to look for with footwear and suggested adaptive equipment my insurance would cover. What a difference! I feel sad that people come for help and they are being pushed a product. People who need PT are vulnerable, often elderly or young kids on sports teams. They need help getting back to their normal activities. It wasn't professional or at all ethical.

I've never had any major issues with this practice since being a patient here, but I tend rely on…read morereviews, so I figured I'd mention this, in some small hope this could be included as part of a quality control type of survey. 20 week ultrasound has been scheduled since 6 weeks. As usual, they called me to confirm this appointment. I confirmed and even asked if the office closes due to possible impending snow storm. "We don't cancel or close unless the doctors decide it's too dangerous". Cool, we don't cancel plans unless the same... Appointment day. We get kids ready to bring with us to the 11am appointment since school was cancelled, and yes, it's been snowing since last last night. No big deal. We get there at 11:06 am to check in. We are seated in area D, and it's the only area with people waiting, and packed. Didn't think anything of it and get settled in to wait. 40 mins later, I finally decide to ask about any clue when we will be seen, she says there's only ONE tech today and everyone waiting is waiting on her. Wow. Ok. I talk it over with my crew in tow, when the nice lady at the desk informs me that there's another tech coming in at noon. At this point the other people waiting overhear, and are also becoming impatient. Finally, at about 11:53 (remember appointment was at 11am) I decide to try and reschedule. My thoughts: -I don't mind waiting. But waiting for an hour to be called in for my 11am appointment, for a procedure they warned me lasts 45 minutes, and they told me to be ready with a full bladder for? -no one came out to check unless you went to ask. It sounded to me that everyone else waiting were also guessing as to why and when. Why couldn't they mention at check-in that they are down to one ultrasound tech and it could be a very long wait? I feel like his would save many peoples time and frustration, and gives a baseline expectation. Seems a bit inconsiderate, kind of unprofessional. So we left. Got up on a snow day, to wait an hour in a doctor's office to not be seen. Hopefully tomorrow I actually get seen. And going forward, hopefully some consideration could be exercised with procedure in front office when short staffed and these types of issues arise.

I did receive a refund after quite a battle. They apparently…read more"lost" it in the switch.
