They have guitars, keyboards, sound & light gear, even an electric stand up bass. I walked out with an instrument I had wanted for quite some time, a reissue of a 70s Starcaster. It was brought to my attention later that he only bought me the guitar cause he'd been cheating on me. Needless to say instead of smashing it I decided to sell it and get something better. The staff listened to my sob story and I walked out with a better guitar and a stand. They were helpful as I don't know anything about the guitar and helped me pick out a new beauty that I didn't look at and think of that asshole. Our saxophone was purchased using a monthly payment plan and we paid it off with no issues. We would go in-person to make the payments because we loved the atmosphere of her store. Our family continued to frequent the Music Suite for supplies and to try their pianos; but also to visit with Miss Pat. She always had a sweet smile and encouraging word. If you stop in once, you'll want to visit again and again.

She is older and I feel like it could be generational problem. I started teaching piano recently and I feel bad having to send my students to pick up lesson books from their company but that's their only saving grace is they have a good selection. I called ahead of making a trip to the store to make sure something was in stock and I was expected to know the ISBN number and was scoffed at when I didn't. It's not a fun place to buy music which is sad.

Everyone in the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and super approachable. We all had a fun time joking about my guitar with the super goofy finish. The price they gave me for the aforementioned guitar was fair. It had been sitting for awhile, and honestly would've been a pain to sell on Reverb or Ebay. They're not customer friendly and don't give you all the details about the small number of guitars they have in the store.
