It was brought to my attention later that he only bought me the guitar cause he'd been cheating on me. Needless to say instead of smashing it I decided to sell it and get something better. The staff listened to my sob story and I walked out with a better guitar and a stand. They were helpful as I don't know anything about the guitar and helped me pick out a new beauty that I didn't look at and think of that asshole. Today he walked into an empty store and was treated like a scam artist and was essentially called a liar "you've never been here before" and they refused to let him play one of their pianos that was collecting dust. We found the Black Rifle location went in and were met with 2 people that were short with their answers and had zero interest in asking us any questions. They didn't have much inventory,as expected, but we were interested in one fire arm but decided to give our business elsewhere since they didn't care about getting our business. In September 2025 I purchased one of their mediation rings ($200+}. The ring broke 4 months after the purchase. When I went into the store (Feb. 08, 2026) to request a repair or replacement, I was surprised by the lack of customer service, as I was told they would "get me a quote" for the repair. When I raised concerns that I just purchased the ring 4 months ago and was not expecting to pay for a repair, they replied that we will have to look at it (they were looking at it, and the jeweler was right there). I again expressed concern that I would be expected to pay a repair on a ring that was purchased 4 months ago. I asked if there was another ring in stock (they did not offer another ring in stock) and when I asked for them to check, they said that there is not another ring in that size in stock. They also did not offer for me to choose a different ring for replacement. When continuing to ask questions, I was told it would be MONTHS before they know IF I would have to pay for the repairs because the company that Gordon's purchased the ring from is in Canada. This was not my first purchase at the Boonville Gordon's (so I am a repeat customer). But this will be my last. Beware of purchasing at Gordon's in Boonville, MO. If you choose to shop there, my personal experience reflects an extreme and disappointing lack of post-purchase support and customer service.

I had to stop myself from buying the beautiful floral butter flies panels there. No,I don't need every single panel, but these panels were the most artistic and beautifully designed I've ever seen. They have the city scape material, google it on their site if you're curious. I added a photo of the finished wallhanging. They have classes that are ongoing where you learn to make what they sell. The ladies are helpful and very sweet. They allow for pictures to be taken and have plenty of quilts and other designs to make. They have vests, jackets and table runners, and anything you can think of on display. It's a bright shop and innovative style. They also sell sewing machines and repair them.
