My husband and I can not be any more ecstatic with their superb work and customer service. Our first time was my oldest daughters sweet 16. She is 21 now. Yes, that's five years ago. The set up was on time, fast and they were and still are very professional. We ordered tables and chairs from them again but without the tent and were elated with their service. We were in search of a great place that we can trust for all our party rentals since the place we use to order from for the past 12 years closed. We were blessed to find Leslie and Majestic on Facebook. The next time we ordered was last October for our granddaughters baby shower. Beyond impressed. On time, courteous and friendly. Since then I have vowed to continue to refer this company out to all my friends and family. They are such hard, honest and professional workers. In October they set up a tent, tables, chairs and were so quick. I have referred them out to a couple of friends who have used them with last minute requests and guess what??? They honored it and their service was superb. It's not always that you find great people to work with. They are our go-to place for all our party rentals and supplies. We just placed an order again for her special draped tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, backdrop and chandelier. I can not wait. I know it is going to look fabulous. For weeks, we've left multiple messages and even took the time to drive to their location (which is open) to be told they simply can't be bothered with local rentals or our annual rental anymore. Not sure why Aida didn't return any of our messages to tell us so we could book with another rental place? Good thing WE followed up and our event is still a few weeks out, or we'd still be waiting and likely out of luck. I'm a firm believer in karma. That the way you treat people who've given you their business and money for years matters. Obviously, Advanced Party Rentals does not, and eventually, I trust karma will catch up. Hopefully, it's not during your rental...should you take that risk.
