My son's birthday party started at 11am balloons did not arrive until 12noon, to a park which was only 5 minutes away, When I called Guadalupe her response was "I send them, what do you want me to do" The delivery person stated that the balloons were given to him at 11:50, and he delivered immediately; which was 12noon an hour after party began. She offered no refund on delivery fees. I do not recommend using this service.

We were blessed to find Leslie and Majestic on Facebook. The next time we ordered was last October for our granddaughters baby shower. Beyond impressed. On time, courteous and friendly. Since then I have vowed to continue to refer this company out to all my friends and family. They are such hard, honest and professional workers. In October they set up a tent, tables, chairs and were so quick. I have referred them out to a couple of friends who have used them with last minute requests and guess what??? They honored it and their service was superb. It's not always that you find great people to work with. They are our go-to place for all our party rentals and supplies. We just placed an order again for her special draped tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, backdrop and chandelier. I can not wait. I know it is going to look fabulous. I don't ever go out on a limb to share a great place unless I know without a doubt that the place is tasteful, trusting and professional. And this place is. I am happy to have found them.
