We had been customers of this business for about a year, so I was very disappointed by our most…read morerecent experience. Yesterday, I placed and paid for an order of approximately $70 for pickup today for my daughter's birthday. When I arrived to pick up the balloons, I was informed that two balloons from a 12-pack were damaged--one was already damaged inside the package, and another was damaged while being inflated. I was then told that if I wanted the full quantity in the same color, I would need to pay again for the replacement balloons. I found this extremely disappointing. For a business selling party supplies at relatively high prices, I expected better customer service and a more reasonable approach, especially when the damaged items were part of an order that had already been paid for. Asking a returning customer to pay again for two defective balloons felt unnecessarily rigid and left a very poor impression. I explained that, because of how this situation was handled, I would not be returning in the future and would share my experience with friends and neighbors. After being a customer for a year, I expected more consideration, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider recommending this business to others.
