The close was quick and smooth, which was a huge relief as first-time buyers navigating a lot of unknowns. What stood out most was how thorough and patient they were in explaining everything. We never felt left in the dark or rushed. That kind of transparency and professionalism is hard to come by. We will absolutely be working with Tuan and Mike again for any future mortgage needs and won't hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Highly recommend.

Last week I took out an Equity loan. Tuan wasn't sure he could do better for me than my current mortgage holder, but invited me to send him their estimate. He did much better than them, giving me the same rate without closing costs, and was even able to spread the loan over 30 years, which my first mortgage lender couldn't do. I always get the best deals with Tuan and I would never refinance without checking with him on what he can do. He gives me the best service and the best rate. He is also very kind, patient, and comfortable to work with. I never feel pressured. I can't say enough about Tuan at Providential mortgage.

We knew it was going to be extremely difficult to sell first and then buy, as our toddlers make a mess of the house daily. There was no way we would be able to have nice "open houses" and sell our house prior to purchasing a new one. Our real estate agent put us in contact with Nelva and she made everything work! Nelva was fast, efficient, and friendly. I am pretty sure we have a record time for closing on the house that we purchased. It happened in a snap. Really. She is also very easy to contact, which totally helped keep the whole process feel a notch lower on the stress factor - a bonus when you're in the middle of trying to buy a house. Amit was my agent when I purchased my home in 2010 and I was very happy with my experience then…read more So, when I decided to sell the place this year (2019), he was my natural first choice as agent. We started with an initial consultation where he came up with a list of options/scenarios for me, made sure my mind was made up about the sale and then prepared a dossier for me with comparables, recent sales, market value, likely list price etc. This made it easy to understand the dynamics of the market in one reading before making my final decision to sell. Once we decided to go ahead with the sale, Amit was my one stop shop for all things - handyman work, painting the interior, staging, escrow etc. Having been in the business for many years, he had the right people for each of these, making everything effortless. The entire process chugged along like a well-oiled machine. The week of listing, he arranged a broker open house as well as a regular open house soon after, to market the house to maximum number of qualified and interested buyers. His decision to do an upfront property report helped make sure the buyers knew what they were getting into and write a confident offer. After we listed the home, we had a satisfactory offer above listing price pretty much within 2 days of the first open house. The entire transaction was very smooth and I absolutely felt I was in the right hands with Amit. Amit's real time systems like Open House Visitor Real Time Feedback, and Interested Buyer Alerts kept me always on top of all marketing efforts. Overall, Amit and Renuka were completely on top of all things related to the sale and extremely communicative. Always a Whatsapp message or phone call away to answer the most trivial of questions/concerns. This gives a lot of peace of mind and made the entire experience very smooth and stress free. Amit has been extremely transparent and professional throughout providing the right guidance at the right time. Highly recommended!! Will gladly do business with him again!! Own Sweet Home!!

They again and again try to sell mortgage product which i was not interested in From the very first minute, I could not get answers to basic house buying questions and every time i have been asked to refer to recorded presentation of theirs. This childish play continued in later calls as well ,there was no effort made for clarifying client questions. Treating client respectfully is way too much expectation from this business I already had property selected and was looking for expert help on contract and negotiations with the seller. This duo did not do any market research and did not help me to save single penny. On top of it i lost any negotiation chance that i had due to their commission Renuka told me not to get any clarification for my genuine property related specific questions to seller since as per her it would upset the seller, lol, what a broker!!! After first ever only property visit Renuka did not returned my call, messages, email since she got herself registered for the commission. Renuka did not show up for final deal with seller which was decided week in advance. Her husband Amit called at the appointment time and asked to change the date Amit offered commission rebate in very first discussion which he denied at the closing and asked to sign a contract to stop my ability to review his business anywhere and on internet You may refer his email message here. To give agreed upon commission , he wants me to sign contract to not to review his business in public Amit Inamdar wrote "I do not want to have you bad month us, like you did and asked for 60% commission back. Settlement agreement covers what everyone wants. We need written agreement, to give agreed upon commission back. We need agreement in writing to avoid further issues." After my initial honest review on Yelp, he asked me take it down and accepted mishandling from his side Later he end up denying agreed rebate and insisted for above contract to be signed , no wonder why there are all negative reviews for him
