I called around & found Matt at Hayward Property Management! From the very beginning Matt was interactive & he was so easy to work with. Matt explained the new to me rental screening process, scheduling video viewing appointments, installing a lockbox. Matt is a Full Service Property Manager! Matt posts the rentals on multiple sites, he screens the applicants, he handles the rental screening applications & he keeps you updated along the way.
