The inspection was thorough and the team made recommendations for replacing parts and repairing dents and scratches. The costs were reasonable and the communication through text messages provided up-to-the-minute status reports. My Toyota Camry looks brand new. The meticulous attention to detail and the expert advice were deeply appreciated. Even though the original date of completion was modified, the staff was courteous in relaying the news. The day that I picked my car up, I mistakenly thought the shop closed at 6:00 pm. The team returned so that I could retrieve my vehicle. That is true customer service and empathy for an honest mistake. If you are looking for quality service and craftsmanship, this is the place to go!

AUGH!! My poor car... David sent a detailed estimate to my insurance company and after approval my car went in for about 2 weeks. As you can see, it came out looking better than original with highly-polished tires. So all positive, no negative, and rock on if you need your car repaired.

The second time was when someone hit and run my vehicle. Both times they completed the repairs within the time frame they provided! They delivered seamless repairs and use OEM parts when possible. Both times they provided the estimate forms and worked with my insurance so it was a hassle free process. The staff are friendly and approachable! They also keep good records. And they gave me a complimentary ride to the Bart station when I dropped off my vehicle the second time! The only thing to watch out for is they aren't the best at keeping the vehicle clean when they work on it. Both times my beige fabric driver seat came back dirty. I thought the first time was a one off so I didn't say anything but the second time I did and they immediately called and offered to clean my seat! I had just gotten my car detailed so I was grateful they offered. They managed to do it in a couple hours so I didn't need to get a rental which I greatly appreciated! I did notice later that they didn't fully clean the driver seat and that there was a small black grease stain on the back seat but I'm gonna let it go since they made an amazing effort for my driver seat and since it's my fault that I said only the driver seat was dirty without checking the back seats (I don't have passengers and only drive my car occasionally as I use public transportation so I didn't see it until I had to pick up family from the airport. LOL) They really do make sure their clients leave happy! I am a repeat client for a reason and I will continue to come here whenever life happens to my car! I truly recommend them. Thanks Daland!!!!
