I called this company because I trusted them I been a loyal customer for about 5 years and when I needed a new insurance I didn't hesitate to call them. They told me they had found a perfect deal for me but the insurance was asking for a deposit so my total due was $378 and they could do it in 2 payments. First payment was of 178 and second would be of 200 in those 200 included my first month insurance. They sent me a receipt of 128 the first payment didn't think much of it because I expected a little broker fee in there but when I called to complete my second payment they said it wasn't ready so I ended up calling the insurance company directly where I found out they did not charge me a deposit like they said and my payment was only 113 not 200 so now I won't stop receiving calls from this company trying to get a 200 payment from me when I have already spoke to the insurance and they said no do not pay them that. Also if I already paid 113 how is it that I still owe them 200. If they would of been truthful from the beginning and stated their fees as brokers it would of been a different story but instead they decided to lie and say it was the insurance charging me that. And they know that's how they get people by lying to them. And yes they record the call so maybe they should hear them so they can see how their agents lie to their costumers. Why not speak with the truth and let the costumer decide if they want to pay so much for brokers fee or not. I do not recommend them but if you do make sure they specify all charges. read more

It's funny when you're their customer they're very nice I had a Fallout with my insurance company I'm in litigations so I asked chastity if she can email me my policy around the time I had my accident she says I need to contact the actual insurance company even though I got insurance through her it's obvious I'm not her customer and it's hard for me to believe that she can't take the time do that for me I've had two people get insurance with them because of me and I will never recommend anybody else read more

This place/establishment should get NEGATIVE stars! I have experienced the absolute worst, most incompassipnate service ever in my life from them! Please do not bring your business here, they are scam artists and only after you money! The first issue that I had was that I was sold a more expensive insurance plan bc I was under the impression that if I paid $10 more a month for my insurance, I would get road side assistance with it. I said yes bc it seemed reasonable. Well come to find out, I ended up paying $40 every 3 months for Acceptance's knock off road side assistance, which was not in fact, under my insurance policy like I was TOLD it would be. So I had to pay for that in addition to paying the $10 more a month for my insurance. Nobody SAID A WORD to me about having to pay the $40 every 3 months. They said I would only be paying $10 extra for it under my insurance policy. I had to learn this the hard way when I called my insurance for road side assistance and was forced to pay out of pocket for my service! They told me I had not opted for road side on their policy and it was under acceptance. After complaining to Acceptance customer service about this, I was told I could submit a receipt and be reimbursed for my service, so I did, and LO AND BEHOLD, never got any return! Surprise, surprise. Then, just recently, I was in a car accident and my car was dead on the side of the road. I desperately needed a tow, and when I called acceptance road side assistance, they told me again that I would have to pay out of pocket for my service that I PAID FOR ALL YEAR AND ONLY USED ONCE! I called customer service again, and the woman informed me that they had canceled my roadside contract bc there was a problem on their end with their internet and my payment didn't go through a couple months ago. And yet NOBODY INFORMED ME. I had received a check in the mail from them but I didn't know what it was for. I assumed I had made an extra payment or something. There was nothing in the letter explaining to me that my contract would be terminated or that my payment hadn't gone through. At the end of this conversation, customer service still refused to help me and told me I would still be required to pay out of pocket for the service. She did however add, that I could submit a receipt and be reimbursed for the service. Hah! I told her, how would that be possible when you just told me you canceled my contract? They were just hoping I would be stupid enough to give them more of my money! When it was obvious there was no way in hell they intended to reimburse me. So I went to accept insurance June I added 3 cars to my policy 2 liability because they're older cars and one full coverage on my 2015 kia which I'm making payments on...So the 1st month went well... The 2nd month my payment was $60 I didn't understand why because it should of been $130.00 so I was told my full coverage car was not added on, so the man they're told us not to worry about it they had us for this month and he took pictures of my car and it got settled... So today I tried to call to see how much my payment was and they told me it was gonna be $90 from some reason so I asked the lady if she could look my policy up further And she did and she said we didn't ask for full coverage... I go yes we did so she continue arguing with me saying if you want full covered you have to ask for full coverage I have been asking for the last 3 months!!! She continue arguing with me and she was very rude!!! Then she told me do not understand English and to me that was RACIST I mean come-on how professional is that I do not recommend this place someone professional does not speak to a customer like that and then I asked or if I could speak to a manager and she says she was and asked if I could speak someone higher and she transferred me to the insurance place mind you she's the broker she wouldn't transfer me to the right place read more
