I've looked up to see if he was licensed to sell and thru the California Website and found out Juan Martinez is not licensed to sell, that grew suspicion, so I looked up the license number for the company and saw only one person is licensed to sell and it wasn't Juan's name, upon further research I found out Juan Martinez is an illegal in the country with no permit to work in the USA. I've only had a policy with the company for a month and this was my very first interaction with the employees in person. I called ahead of time to make a payment over the phone and was told I wouldn't get a transaction fee for in person so I go in person to be told I still have to pay and $18 transaction fee. I was being helped my the man but the WOMAN aka the banshee, kept chirping behind me and talking down to me, when I said I was going to Yelp about the situation she told me I'd be putting her job in jeopardy bc it's only them there and then proceeded to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME AT ALL. The banshee kept interjecting as this is a small office I definitely felt cornered and attacked. I sincerely hope this woman does get reprimanded, I'll also being calling corporate for a more formal complaint.
