Do not use this company; they reported the wrong vin number on our policy and now the DMV will not allow us to register the vehicle. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes and can't seem to reach this broker who created the policy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! How do you work for an insurance company and NONE of the customer service reps know how to correct this issue and keep routing our call even out of state to New York when we live in California. You should be embarassed of yourself. read more

Horrible customer service. Very rude and 1000% Unhelpful! I've never dealt with a insurance company that is so incompetent. If you are thinking of using this company DON'T! read more

Susana Jimenez Lopez, Insurance Agent provided great customer service. She's easy to talk to and a great listener. She's pleasant and efficient, while sending documents on the phone, which required prompt signatures to complete the process. When I got off the phone with her, I was done updating my insurance, printed my documents at home and had no need to follow-up. It's nice when someone answers the phone and actually talks to you, to help you in a timely manner, and all done without computer voice prompts. Ms. Lopez! read more

Lannette Nunez was very helpful!! After being on multiple calls with other car insurance companies, they treated me so badly but Lannette was SUPER nice and helpful and I was able to get my car insurance with no problem. Thank you! read more

Very rude customer service. The insurance agent was very annoyed, passive aggressive, and rushing me when trying to get a quote. This girl also told me that I can only get liability insurance from Freeway BUT I ended up taking my business elsewhere to ALLSTATE for full coverage. Don't give any business, time, or money to this place if they can not provide the quality care for your needs. read more

I called freeway to make a change to my policy & the lady from San Bernardino office answered & right away transferred me to customer service. I was on hold for 42 minutes. I called the number again & told the lady I was on hold for 42 minutes she didn't let me finish just put me on hold without telling me . By this time I'm frustrated called again & another lady answered the phone . I explained what happened & she started to help me with removing a vehicle off my policy. She gave me my new rate but then tells me I will be charged 40 to remove my car which I wasn't happy about asked to speak to manager . She was very rude & had a condescending attitude . Which didn't sit well with me . What happened to good customer service ??? I will be looking for a new insurance company & wouldn't recommend freeway insurance to anyone they are quick to get you a quote & started it but afterwards they don't take care of you being a paying customer. read more

This is the worst place for insurance. At first they are all nice. But at the end they just cancel your insurance out of no where.I was driving for 3 months without insurance without knowing that they canceled my insurance.I told them to charge me directly to my bank but I don't know what they are doing.Every payment was on time and never late. This didn't happen once but twice with them.Don't come here,go to all state. read more

Denise Brown helped me and she was awesome. She got me WAY cheaper insurance and she was really sweet to me and helped me a lot.

Just know they are NOT your insurance company! Some clown from this office called to tell me my policy that was due on the 2nd was canceled on the 13th due to non payment. Ok that's kinda quick for a cancellation but ok, he then tells me to restart my policy I need to make a payment equivalent to my original start up cost, basically 100 more than my monthly payment. I told him helllllllll no that's crazy, he said well then my policy is canceled because there is nothing he can do, period. I then remembered they are a broker so i called my actual insurance company bluefire, and their automated system reinstated my policy by paying my monthly bill and a $5 charge. These ninjas tried to play me outta 100 dollars, not cool, never mentioned I could call my company directly, they LUCKY they didn't trick me, cuz I would've went to the office and brought alllllll the smoke!!! Playing with my money. Fuck this scam ofiice!! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would it is only a 1 star by default. Do not waste your time going to this place or company. They tell you a false quote to get you in the door and tell you an entirely different price once you are there. I will be calling the manager of the building on Monday. I wouldn't waste your time here. I got a much better price from a reputable company and not this janky place. I would not waste your time here. These are the people that helped me(or should I say are completely rude and don't know what they are doing). Maggie- she was extremely rude from the moment I walked in and did not give me the time of day because she was on her "break." In addition, told me I just need to wait for her to get done with lunch for help and there were 2 other people in the office doing nothing. Overall, extremely rude and didn't want to help what so ever. Luis- I was sent to this guy because they can see I was frustrated because they wanted me to wait for Maggie to finish her lunch. I had to go through the entire process with him again when I spent over 20 minutes on the phone confirming my quote for the insurance and personal information to have to do it all over again. He had to call Maggie over several times to help and she seemed very angry and hostile every time she came. If these are the people you have employed for you I fee sorry for anyone who actually gets in an accident that is covered by this company because there life is probably going to be a nightmare! read more

This freeway insurance company & their representatives Yeni & Karla are liars and hustlers. My daughter-in-law cancelled the car insurance within 3 hours of putting Down $240- 1/2 the down payment. I used my debit card for this amount. She was supposed to bring the car in for them to look at it. On her way back she stopped at another insurance office & got a better deal so she want back to cancel or void the insurance & get her money back. They were rude & angry because they were caught in a lie. They swore my daughter in law would not be able to get cheaper insurance anywhere. They were WRONG! Now they don't want to return the $240!!! After shopping around all day for car insurance for our teenage daughter and practically pulling our hair out from all the crazy high rates we were being quoted from other insurance companies, we were ready to settle for their prices. My husband and I decided to call one more insurance company and gave Freeway insurance a try. Thank God we did!! We were connected to Patricia Ortiz, who not only was professional and caring, but she really helped us get full coverage at an awesome rate that's affordable for our family. Then to make things even better, we did it all over the phone and in less than an hour. Can't beat that!! We're so happy that our daughter is insured at a price that is right! Thank you Patricia Ortiz for your hard work, professionalism, and for making this process worry free and EASY! read more

Called Saturday evening pretty late returning a call I had regarding my quote. I talked with Belen and she answered my questions and set me up with an appointment today, Monday, as they are closed on Sunday. Belen was extremely helpful, and so was the manager (who's name I sadly can't remember), they worked really hard to help me find something that fit my particular need. I guess Belen is a pretty new part of their team, but I couldn't tell ! She was great. Very personable. I am the kind of person that dreads stuff like this but they made it easy. read more

This has been one of the worst mistakes that I have made getting insurance from them they will put down wrong information on you making your insurance rise to double. Please save yourself the money and headache going with them. IF THERE WAS A 0 STAR I WOULD GIVE THEM THAT read more

This place is a joke. For the past month they have been harassing my phone. 3-4 calls at a time. I decided today to schedule and appointment and give them a change because I had the day off. Pretty much Patricia who I had schedule an appointment with tried to hustle me. Don't get me wrong I'm a business woman myself but seriously when her and according to Patricia her "manager" yell "BS" when I told them the dealer where I had purchase my car had payed my down payment for my insurance. They began to bash the dealer saying all this things about them to make themselves look good. I was embarrassed ashamed and insulted. By their actions. I hope everyone see this and realize all they want is your money. No business should ever talk bad about another business specially when they refer people to them. As for myself i would never refer anyone here. These people are no where to being professionals. They are just money hungry. Thank god I went to a different location who offered me a better price and even apologize for the way this location acted. If I could give this place no stars I would. 3 words to idem tied them RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, And HUSTLERS. read more

Save yourself some time, look a few other places but this is definitely not the spot. Freeway insurance might be okay but the rude staff at this location is by far the worst you will find. They are disgusting enough for me to have to write a review which I never do. The manager Jonathan is anything but a manager, and has no control over all of his employees. I called to get a quote and he gave me his number to call before I went in to purchase the policy. When I came in he was helping an upset customer so he had us wait. Then as time went by he started arguing with his employees whether who was going to write our policy. They started going back & forth that they each had things to do making me & my boyfriend feel uncomfortable. I offered to come back another day if no one wanted to help me and the manager said no. So eventually the manager left and had another girl finish with his upset client. The girl, upset that she had to stay, immediately called the other girl who got to leave and started complaining about how their unprofessional manager left unfinished paperwork somewhere on his "messy-ass desk" & how it wasn't fair that she had to stay. If it is your top priority to be out early for the weekend, do not advertise 8pm as your closing time then leave 2 hours before. I am upset I was supposed to get insurance today & after waiting over an hour, eventually me and another customer had to walk out because it seemed we were the problem for them constantly complaining for having to work. I won't stay if my business isn't wanted and definitely will not tolerate employees talking s*** on others who walked out knowing it will be the same when we walk out. I would hate for a location like this to continue losing customers for freeway insurance just because of this staff and as a manager believe your corporate offices need to take action. To Jonathan: don't let your insecurities take control of your workplace, you still have someone's business to run, and by letting all those girls take advantage of you, it will eventually take a fall. Really wish I could go lower than 1 star. read more
