I had these guys install blinds in my home, as well as a shutter in my bedroom. The blinds were…read morefine, and I did not have a complaint about those. However, the shutter was a disaster. When they came to measure for the shutter, they measured incorrectly. They outsourced the shutter to some other manufacturer, and instead of it being expedited, (for an additional fee, which we paid), it took six weeks for the shutters to arrive. On top of that, when they came to install the shutters, it turned out the guy had measured incorrectly, and it did not fit in the window. It was too small. Instead of taking the shutter back and trying to expedite the shutter for the correct measurement, I had to wait an additional six weeks for the new one. Not only that, but they left the too-small shutter propped against my window, kind of leaning into the frame. The guy told me to use it like that in the meantime. Well, needless to say, it was not a fitted shutter, so it eventually fell out of the window, nearly hitting my dog, hurting my toe on the way down as I tried to sort of "catch" it, and nicking my floor. It literally could have killed my dog. This was only a day after they left. So we spent another six weeks without a shutter on our bedroom window. They did reimburse our expedite fee, but when we asked for some level of consideration for the complete disaster of the shutter situation, they not only refused, but began badgering us for payment. We had spent well over $2000 between the shutters and the blinds, and I sent a very reasonable message to the owner of the company requesting a 25% reduction on the shutter only (not the blinds) given the length of time it had taken, and the fact that it actually fell out of the window when it was left there negligently leaning, and hurt my toe, and my floor. (Meanwhile the 25% reduction I was requesting was only a couple hundred dollars, which wasn't much in the grand scheme of what we'd paid them for the blinds and shutter combined. We even Zelled the rest of our payment (minus the 25% on the shutters) once the shutter was installed, and I sent my reasonable email explanation for withholding the last couple hundred dollars of payment. Instead of any apology or consideration for all of this, or any concession that a small reduction might be reasonable, we were quite literally badgered via email over and over again to pay the balance due. Eventually, we paid it because it was so ridiculous that this owner would not give one level of consideration for this shutter mess. All I can say is be very careful when dealing with this company. They are not considerate, they are slow, unapologetic, frankly unprofessional, and you very likely will not get what you paid for.
