Excellent Service and Trustworthy Care!…read more I've been working with Edin at Benjamin Fry Insurance for over a year now, handling 6-month renewals, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He always secures the best possible price for me--in fact, my most recent renewal just dropped by about $300! In this current economy, that kind of savings and dedicated customer service is hard to find. Benjamin Fry is a smaller business, but that's exactly what makes them the best. They genuinely care, always remembering names and proactively addressing any issues that might come up. In today's world, having an insurance team you can truly trust means everything. They simply don't make businesses like Benjamin Fry Insurance anymore. I'm incredibly happy with their service and will definitely be sticking with them for the long run!

***Look No Further than Carrie Welch's Office***…read more I've had State Farm for 12+ years. I think I've used them maybe two or three times in those years. But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. I was looking at reviews and found Carrie Welch's office. Let me tell you, I am so thankful to find her office. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic about the news! It was like a massive weight was lifted off my chest and I could breathe again, not to mention that the sick to my stomach knot in my stomach subsided. Throughout the whole process, Dominique has been very attentive with follow-ups and communicative. I am lucky and thankful to have Carrie Welch's Office, Team, and Dominique on my side. Their lingo is " like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Shoot, the way I've been treated, I feel like it's family at this point. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Her office was consistently responsive--someone always answered the phone or returned calls promptly. Unfortunately, my experience with Kenny Hill's office in Austin was the opposite. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, and my messages often went unanswered for days or weeks. Even after following up multiple times, communication was inconsistent. This became especially frustrating because I expect timely responses when dealing with something as important as insurance. I eventually switched to a different agent, and the difference in professionalism and responsiveness was immediate. Based on my experience, I would caution others who expect regular communication and reliable follow-through to look elsewhere.
