They had to special order one so it took a few days. I called on Monday and we made an appointment for me to come in and drop the vehicle off at 9:00 AM on that Friday. I was told it would take about 3 hours. Well, I got a call at 10:30 that my vehicle would be ready at 10:45. I couldn't be happier with the results, and they were able to transfer my Pike Pass as well, so did not have to deal with the hassle of losing that. Very pleased and would recommend Binswanger to anyone needing vehicle glass repair or replacement. Hopefully I do not need to return soon but I certainly will not hesitate if I have another issue.

Just in the past couple of years, I have had glass replaced and glass tops made for aquariums and tables several times. They always steer me straight--such as explaining that a plan I have for something is not a good one and giving me excellent information why and what to do instead. They do their work quickly and well, and they give me excellent advice to ensure that I can use the glass easily. The customer service is excellent. They are always friendly, even when they are busy. The glass guys have stepped out to help me get a table out of my car and have explained carefully what they can and cannot do. The staff in the main office spend a lot of time answering the phone--I have witnessed this repeatedly, so the claims people are making that they can't get hold of them are, to put it bluntly, BOGUS. And yes, their phone may be busy--because they ARE responding to customers! I have also seen and heard them responding to messages. I have NEVER seen them put anyone on hold for more than a very few minutes, such as when they were taking care of me. In sum, the employees are great people who are very helpful, and they do excellent work! Just to assure doubters: I am not being paid for this review. No one at Metro Glass asked me to write a review. I came online to get their phone number because it's not in my phone, and I saw the sad reviews and decided I need to set the record straight. (I conduct high end estate sales, and the mirror had to be installed prior to photography for the sale itself.) Kent was kind, professional, conscientious, and thorough. The cost (a hundred dollars) was reasonable, and the service couldn't have been faster. (I had scheduled the appointment less than twelve hours in advance.) Once again, I give major kudos to City Glass for its consistency and professionalism!
