The product is cheaply made in Mexico, and after 7+ months and multiple corrections, our motorized blinds still don't work properly When we asked for a reasonable discount due to the ongoing issues, PAM OLDFIELD (the owner) called us "freeloaders" and claimed we were "just trying to get something for free" Pam was reassured we would pay the balance of 4200.00 + in full when they are installed and working. Pam then placed an unauthorized charge on our credit card -- even though the job remains incomplete. They asked if i would give the motorized shade a chance to straighten out and work so I did. Pam did not confirm their next appointment as we requested so we made other plans. Pam was cautioned that i do not authorize her to use my credit card. There were not repeated attempts to resolve this. There was one unconfirmed visit. Between the product quality, poor communication, and billing issues -- avoid this business. Not worth the hassle.
