My experience has been so awful! They have gone back on everything they said I would have after they got my $12,000 order. I have had Hunter Douglas installed in many homes but not by this franchise. I ordered top down bottom up shades, certain shades automatic and color. When they were installed several window shades were forgotten. Everything about them was wrong. (color, not automatic, not top down bottom up, not blackout). They admitted they were at wrong with all these things and would fix them as their guarantee states. I had to pay upfront for them because they are custom. I was then told they were not able to offer top down bottom up or automatic and the color had been discontinued. So I really didn't want them at all anymore. This has been over a year ago. Apparently all they would fix for cost was the color. I knew they take 6 months to come in so I checked back in to see where we were. Apparently I was forgotten about and I need to pay even more for new shades that I don't even want. Do NOT use them. Hunter Douglas was disgusted when I called them but said they couldn't do anything. There is another local business that I went to and they were straight and said we cannot do automatic on your windows they are too narrow. Upfront. Didn't make promises, take my money and then deliver something I didn't want. read more

Premier blinds did an excellent job with our shades. Sondi was very helpful with choosing the right shades for our needs. She is very sweet person and easy to work with! Of course, she also knows a lot about blinds and shades and has an eye for design! She was a pleasure to work with. Her husband Don installed the shades. We had a very challenging install due to the shade pocket in one of the windows. The shade was motorized as well. He had to install the motor in a very tight place and also the shade. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Premier Blinds! From point of purchase to installation everything went exactly as I was told it would go. Sondi carefully explained the difference in the type of shutters, the benefits to the specific product and the time span from order date to installation. Honestly, I could not be happier with my shutters, with the installation, the price and most of all the commitment on the deadline. We just purchased modern style blinds from them. They look awesome. We had to reschedule 80 times but they were very nice and adjusted to our times after weeks of trying to set it up. The owner Sondi is super nice and fun to deal with. Would def use on our next house. read more

We just outfitted our new home with Premiere Blinds and all our choices look so beautiful! I really enjoyed working with Jael, she's very low-key, helpful, and has a lot of really great input. She was excellent with familiarity of the product, and helping to find color choices that went well with our house. Everything was done in a very timely and prompt matter and Jael even met me at the house a couple of times so that we could double-check that everything would look great!
